The trip to the hotel was good very continent the hotel room were excellent rhea staff was good rooms were spacious perfect location to travel in and out of city

Hotel senator barajas was a tremendous beautiful place to stay when ever visiting the country. Aside the ambience. Service is commendable. Love to suggest friends and other to have a look in the property who wishes to visit there as its nearby to airport and other sightseeing places.

A very short stay .. So would not be able to describe much .. However, it was a pleasant stay .. Very calm and cozy .. Spent most of the time sleeping and eating .. The hotel is very near to the airport .. So its the best option for the people who are transiting through Madrid.

There is no courtesy in the reception staff. I had booked to travel by shuttle to airport, at 0545 on 25 th, came to reception early and told the staff that we will have a quick breakfast, but as we came out, the staff bluntly told us that the bus went off, even though they knew that we are in and could have easily called us. On 29th morning, when we asked reception whether we could just drink coffee and go and he bluntly told us that we either take and pay for the full breakfast or go without it! This is pretty rude.
