Stayed in a one bed apartment on the ground floor. Overall stay was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment in need of some maintenance and some signs of perhaps rising damp.
The door to our apartment was one meter away from the reception desk. We could hear all clients.
We were also two meters away from the main entrance door. We could hear it open and close.
Inside the apartment, bedrooms have no door. Except for the bathroom, it is all one open space. We could hear the fridge and the boiler working all night long.

Centrally located in the historic district of Seville with all the comforts of home. Easy walk to many sites as well as restaurants, shops, and transit. Kind and helpful staff. Will book again.
The air conditioner in the room has two motion sensors. If I do not move around, it turns off automatically. I have never seen air conditioners like that. To keep the air conditioner run, I have to move around under the sensor.
I complained and the staff changed the room. But, the changed room has two motions sensors too.
If you want to stay in a sauna, go ahead and stay.
It was a horrible experience.
Dark dingy room, musty, people
Smoking in hallways. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean but it Is not somewhere I would stay again.
Excellent location close to bus terminal, riverside walk and the main attractions of Seville. As active people we used this as a base to walk everywhere. The receptionist was very helpful at check in with suggestions of places to eat and where to buy tickets for attractions to avoid the long queues.
Could't fault the accommodation or the very informative staff to our experience of Seville
Location was fantastic and staff were friendly and helpful, giving us lots of advice and helping with taxis etc.
Downsides: Work going on next door so was woken every morning with banging and drilling, just unlucky but another room might have been better. Also, stayed 4 nights and had no cleaner or towel change at all.
Overall would recommend for a cheap stay in Seville.
