As described, the room has a partial view of the ocean. It's well equipped with a bedroom, lounge with tv, sofa, writing table; a kitchenette and dining area. It's a comfortable space for 2. Good food and cordial hospitality.

The bathroom was very small. No mirror in room. The level of the bathroom is not maintain so water remains on the floor. Not satisfied with this booking

The room was amazing, and the view was absolutely stunning. I really enjoyed my stay. However, a few things like toiletries, towels, a hair dryer, and some snacks were missing. If these small amenities are taken care of, it would be the perfect place to stay.

Toilet in bad condition. We were there for only 4 hour. One hour they were was wasted as they were repairing flush system.

Stayed at ocean edge & suites from 10th to 13th of october. A very good hotel with clean big rooms with all the amenities. Front desk executives prathiba & suraj were really polite and they made sure our stay was comfortable. Ocean edge really lucky to have such staff in their hotel. Thanks prathiba & suraj. Thanks

This is one of the best hotel i ever stayed in sri lanka to be honest this is more then five star. This hotel feels like home it’s big it has everything awesome balcony, the reception staff are very friendly

Hotel is very shaddy, old properties lobby is stinking bathroom have cockroches. Housekeeping don't response, for full 10 days they use the same bed sheet they provide only one time shampoo and dental kit for full stay. Towels they don't change only good thing is food in restaurant is good and hotel manager is helpful. You people charge full in so that nobody can change it. I have paid double to upgrade my room to the hotel for peaceful stay after going customer suffer. It's very bad service, i loss lot of money just to have peaceful stay but it goes in vain.

We had a very comfortable stay and service was also nice. Our only concern was that they have provided a mini kitchen but there were no cutlery or utensils, so we had to ask every time for it, although they provided everything we asked. So overall i will rate it 8 out of 10.

It’s very poor. The bathroom flush was not worked. Reportedly to the reception but no use. Corridors are very ugly.

Title: disappointing stay at ocean suites colombo i recently visited sri lanka and stayed at ocean suites colombo in january 2024. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room i stayed in had an unhygienic washroom with a foul smell, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, the absence of mirrors in the room renders it unfriendly for women and sikh guests. I encountered uncooperative behavior from the manager. When i couldn't avail the breakfast buffet due to a late-night flight, i requested a dinner buffet instead. Regrettably, my request was unprofessionally declined. This lack of flexibility and consideration for guests' needs was disappointing. Overall, my stay at ocean suites colombo fell short of expectations.
