The room was large and nice. The shower was great and breakfast and dinner were delicious

Clean, efficient but lacked soul.
Rooms are poor. Small beds with very thin mattress. Nowhere to put anything down beside the bed apart from a shelf just big enough to put your watch.
Bathroom; again, nowhere to put anything such as a washbag. Wash basin useless. You can't get close enough to wash your face. Very poor room design
Wish they had wash cloths, not just hand and bath towels. Never got used to the bed and a duvet.
Need a better air conditioning in the room
No facial tissue, no coffee machine, frig, even lack of neccessary furnitures. The parking was full all the days, people parked at EV lot even handicap lot.
This is a beautiful hotel. The problem with it is that there is no way to open your window. We hit a very sunny warm week in Sweden and the room was stiflingly hot. We’re Australian and very used to heat so it was hard to sleep.
Lovely stay in a lovely hotel
Booked a room through hotels.com. Everything went smoothly from start to the end. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Parking was free for hotel guests. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options and everything tasted good.
All in all it was a good experinece. When life brings me back to Uppsala, I know where I will be staying. 😊
We enjoyed the breakfast which was more to the healthy side which was nice. Although we did not like the bed, it was moving easily and it had a hole in the middle which was not comfortable at all.
Nice clean friendly hotel. Given price though tea coffee facilities in room would have been expected. Bathrooms small and TOO close to sleeping area for privacy

Stay here if you have to, otherwise book elsewhere
Stay here if you're an athlete or a couple party till late and just want a sleep place. If you go with your kid you're screwed. It's rather costly place but you don't even get a small fridge in your room, something that even cheapest motels provide these days.... Oh yeah they have green and Eco friendly policies but between those licenses and keeping a cold juice for my kid I prefer the second one. But the truth is they don't provide it to make you but them from lobby every time you want a cool drink, orange juice, beer ... You name it.
The size of sinc for face washing is the smallest I've seen in my life. No place to keep your toiletries, good luck if you have many things for bath or you're with a kid.
Environment has become more of an excuse for businesses not to provide services that they're supposed to provide to customers.
They claim to have a gym but it's another business across the street, and getting to ise it is not easy.
Many other things... But long story short: I stayed here because it happened to be walking distance from my mom's house. If there was another option or my mom's house was bigger I would have checked out after the very first night.
