    We were pleasantly surprised with the service, spacious top notch room, balcony with matterhorn view using which we enjoyed watching snow, very close to station and sunnega station.

    Rooms are good, great facilities and view from balcony. As described in the photos, breakfast could be improved by adding few hot dishes. Overall experience was very good and would recommend this property

    Room service. Needs to improve in the evenings. No room service after 6pm. This needs to be addressed. Breakfast spread can be better.

    The hotel room was okay. Nothing much to talk about. The breakfast was really bad. The pool area and jacuzzi was fantastic. The room did not have any ac or fan and it became really hot at night

    The Hotel staff was very nice, we happened to be there on National day. We also got an upgrade in rooms got lucky. Very happy with the service City is also very beautiful
