    One of the worst places we have stayed in a long time. - Though charged high, the room (601) allotted is actually an attic with a tiny window and washbasin right at the entrance. Coupled with this if you are on the wall side of the bed, you are bound to hurt yourself every time you want to move in or out during to shortage of space and slanting beam. - Incidentally this is the only room in the hotel next to elevator and not protected by secondary security door. - There is no electric kettle in the room and so every time you want to have a cup of tea/ coffee you need to go to 4th floor to get lukewarm water (not hot). - The housekeeping does not vacuum the room nor change bed sheets (3 night stay). You start feeling unclean and wonder why are you paying 4* price for such service. - There is no house phone in the room. In the name of the reception there is a bar counter and customer satisfaction is certainly not learnt or taught there. - The positive of this hotel is the proximity to old town and Zürich main station. However there are many other properties, I am sure that are around that area and doing a better customer service. In short, NOT RECOMMENDED.

    Fantastic location. You have starbucks, mc donald, loads of restaurants, tram stop, main shopping street, main train within 2-5 minutes walking. Very clean and modern rooms. Negative - very little staff, you go to take your bags to rooms yourself, so for elderly it may be a problem, don’t have connecting rooms, so with kids a slight issue. Not a 5 star, it’s a nice modern cool hotel, decent staff, easy continental breakfast etc. I liked it

    Great location, very clean and modern hotel. Young dynamic very helpful staff. Centrally located highly recommended.

    The location of the hotel is just 5 min walk from zurich hb. Reception is part of the bar and sometimes difficult to get service. Rooms are clean and slightly wired in shape and size. Bathrooms are glass enclosed though there are curtains on the outside. Access to the bathroom is via the toilet. Washbasin is in the room.

    Hotel is located at 2 minutes walking distance from zurich hb station which makes it easily accessible. Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. There was a private movie theater open to all guests which was a great amenity especially if you feel tired to go out.
