elaine.familyNov 07, 2023 The hotel itself was really nice, the staff were very friendly. Our room came with daily buffet breakfast which had a very wide spread and tasted quite good. Although it was relatively near the TRA Tainan train station, we had to use the pedestrian underpass which involves climbing down and up a long flight of stairs - travelers with heavy luggage might want to take note. There was also no shelter between the train station and the hotel. Suggest for the hotel to provide shuttle buses to the train station as it's quite silly to be taking a cab between the hotel and train station as the distance is very short.
We stayed in the deluxe family room at the Grand Banyan Hotel for 3 nights. The room is spacious with a good design. The lighting and color scheme make the atmosphere very relaxing. The room has one of the most supportive and comfortable beds I have slept in at a hotel.
The staff throughout the hotel is very professional, attentive, and friendly; they always greet and smile at us. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of items offered. I was able to try some famous local dishes like beef soup which I enjoyed a lot. All the small details make the hotel stand out from others.

Sehr gute Lage, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen.
離火車站很近（步行也可以輕鬆到達），交通工具要租借也很容易，自行開車有自己的停車場，採先到先停制，還有搭配一些小遊戲來讓客人了解台南、了解飯店的由來，整體來說還不錯，值得再訪的飯店👍
什麼都好，就是外帶餐盒（清晨），沒有熱咖啡，生菜沙拉有很棒的堅果，但缺少了澆醬
早餐用餐時，高檔的餐椅，用餐時噪音此起彼落（建議可在椅腳黏軟墊）
早上出門參加腳踏車台南百K
返回時已經超過退房時間
還允許至R樓沖洗一下，實在是太貼心了！

早餐選擇 11點 很棒 可以睡飽飽 玩一下頂樓游泳再去吃
gianna v.partnerOct 15, 2024 Very beautiful hotel with great service, large rooms and a very good breakfast! We also very much enjoyed the pool on the rooftop. We were only here for one night, but we wished we had stayed longer. Never stayed in a hotel before where the value for money was this good.
