Amari Bangkok

1. Check-in/out was smooth 2. Staff is courteous everywhere-front desk, conceirge, bell desk, housekeeping, restaurants 3. Room size is quite good and reasonably organized to accomodate 2 persons 4. Bed and linen is quite comfortable/good quality 5. Wardrobe is sufficient for hanging upto 25 garments and placing a dozen shoes in a proper free manner 6. Washroom is reasonable size ...bot toilet and shower areas are rather cramped....could have used bath tub space, which is of no use 7. Housekeeping supervisor and staff made sure that we got extra hangars, tissue box, water and towels on a regular basis...well done on this front 8. Aircon was good but fan was noisy...reported to maintenance, they tried but the noise persisited. 9. Restaurants are excellent...Prego for authentic Italian, Amaya for brakfast, lunch and DInner Buffet...serving draft beers and reasonably good food....although Indian Food station was well below par...needs a substantial improvement on this front as at least 50% guests are from India. Also deserts are below par and insufficient in the buffets... Dinner buffet is served on table chosen from a set menu and is seriously insufficient in terms of variety especially the deserts, salads and soups. 10. Roomwas facing the Palladium side and was noisy throughout the stay...day & night...because windows are not sufficiently well insulated 11. No. 1 advantage is the location...right in the center of major shopping areas - Platinum Mall (the only really busy mall) is a minurte walk across the road, Centarl World is justr 5-6 minutes away and the Siam Paragon/Discovery are just 10 mins away...just a word of advice....the rest of the shopping areas such as the Palladium, Market Place and Gaysorn are dead after the Pandemic and will need good time to revive

Nice stay at the Amari for 3 nights with family.The location of the Amari Bangkok is very good with lots of shops , platinum mall and street food stalls in close proximity. The rooms were spacious and well furnished. @James really makes nice smoothies and severed us with chocolate peanut butter smoothie which is highly recommended post workout. Also Variety of food options available and all the in-house restaurants were superb… The rooftop pool nice and impressive sizeable gym was ideal to cool down and relax after a busy day.Only bad part is they are rigid about breakfast timings even 5 mins more than the scheduled time they won’t allow food that’s quite rude . But an Indian chef being courteous and serve us.

It was an amazing and has free experience. The stay at amari phuket was just amazing and one to cherish for and so far has been the best stay of all my bookings. Special mention to the Amari Bangkok staff who were very patient friendly and always smiling with happy to help attitude. Food was the best with varieties of different cuisines to choose and have food from the lot. Would recommend the stay for people travel-ling to thailand to look for amari group of Amari Bangkoks and franchises. Thank you mm t for making the bookings ever so easy and it was a lovely trip with family and looking forward for more such great experiences.

Stayed here for 3 days with our 2 y/o daughter. Arrived the Amari Bangkok at 5 pm and surprisingly they said the room is still not ready and will take upto an hour. Upon showcasing our annoyance we were offered a free drink at the lobby bar and an upgrade to the room. Beyond this- we had a great time at the Amari Bangkok. The room we stayed in was newly furbished and super comfy bed and pillow and a first fill complimentary minibar the repeated keeping of two towels ( when we had 3 souls staying) and 4 small drinking water bottles in a super humid city was some other things that can be improved in otherwise a great stay

It’s a premium 5 star with all the amenities one could ask for. The best aspect of this property is the location. It’s right opposite platinum mall and the area is full of restaurants, malls and streets food joints. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. They have the most fascinating elevators which are fully automated. The only aspect it could improve on is the room service. It was quite slow and sluggish. The house keeping for the second day was done at 17. 00 hrs after 2 reminders. Other than that, it’s most ideal for the short stay in bangkok.

the Amari Bangkok stay was amazing. the rooms are good and spacious. also, the staff is extremely warm and welcoming. also would recommend you to opt for breakfast while making the booking. their breakfast was to die for. superb indian breakfast options were also available. also, one more plus point about this property is at a prime location with by having major shopping hubs right opposite to it. thats it becomes extremely.. also, the pool was 😍😍 a must go.

The Amari Bangkok was excellent, i also got a room upgrade to a higher floor with a bigger room to accommodate my child easily. The Amari Bangkok facilities are excellent especially the sauna and steam bath along with the jacuzzi. The staff was courteous and prompt to act on requests. Ordered room service couple of times - indian and thai and the food quality was superb! a 5 star experience at a very reasonable price since i booked in advance.

Excellent location, a wide variety in the breakfast buffet, chefs are very helpful in arranging one's preferred choice too, professional se vice at restaurants, helpful conceirage services, fast reception formalities, high housekeeping standards, clean linen everyday without being told, lifts & corridors are all clean well maintained, security personnel are polite and alert too, happy hours at the lobby serve our requirements very well

The stay at amari watergate was one of the classiest Amari Bangkoks we stayed in on our vacation. The view on the top floors are breathtaking and the Amari Bangkok management are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. We were fortunately there during the christmas tree lighting and it was an amazing even which was very well organised. Great job amari team and looking forward to visiting again. Great job amari

Quick checkin. Lovely room and a great breakfast spread with indian dishes and masala tea too. We had booked the club premier room and had enjoyed the lounge facilities which were super awesome. The evening spread at the lounge is definitely worth the extra money for the club access. Also as requested the provided us late checkout without any extra charges. Definitely would book the same whenever we visit bangkok next

Nice luxurious Amari Bangkok in the heart of bangkok. Intelligent elevators, spacious rooms and amenities. Superb buffet spread. But staff behaviour and attention could be better. Staff was without smiles at the buffet breakfast. Overall a great 5* experience. The best part - platinum wholesale mall just opposite the Amari Bangkok. You can spend hours there and shop great stuff! thanks mm t for a great deal

Amari Phuket is located perfectly in ratchathewi bangkok. The platinum fashion mall is bang opposite to the Amari Bangkok. You can walk all the major malls like sim paragon, central world. The palladium night market and prathunam night market are 5 mins away walking. The deluxe skyline view rooms were cosy. The breakfast spread is really good with multiple cuisines. Overall the stay was really good here.

It was an excellent stay with amari bangkok. Trained and well behaved staff. We could also enjoy the indian food at breakfast buffet. They can also add some indian sweet dish to make it more attractive.

Absolutely awesome stay at amari, located in centre of city. Anything place is easily accessible. Spa is too good to miss and staff is really courteous and made our stay absolutely rememberable.

Love the location, Amari Bangkok, ambience & the food. Fresh fruits at breakfast, along-with other good options including south indian for vegetarians.

We went for a trip with 6 family members. 2 of them had late evening flight. So the Amari Bangkok acknowledged our request and allowed us to keep one room until 3pm and then took care of the luggage while they were out.

Hotel staff were very polite. Breakfast had a vast spread of indian food as well. Rooms were spacious and clean Amari Bangkok was centrally located overall a very good experience hoping to visit sometime soon

We stayed for 01 night only, but will highly recommend this Amari Bangkok, as the location very prime and centrally located. Hotel services are also up to the mark.

Had a very good time in centrally located amari. Wish i had booked the premium room as the deluxe room was bit dated. . But great facilities and very good service. Sure to return next time.
