Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality

The stay, the experience and the gesture of the staff out there is the great and one of the best to experience. We were lucky enough to witness the kind and overwhelming gesture. Mr. Oui is one of the best, kindest, modest and what all I can say the words are less, he is superb who helped us throughout our trip, his advise was point correct and required as a guest to that country. Also the receptionist (I forgot the name actually but she is with golden colored spectacles there and always greets you with the smile). We have been to so many places but the hospitality we received from Citrus was way far ahead of everything. Honestly, we have now seriously decided to always prefer Citrus property, wherever we move to visit. I sincerely and with bottom of my heart would like to express my gratitude and thanks to the entire Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality staff (especially Mr. Oui) for making our stay so comfortable. Wish you loads of success and more happy stay stories I would like to hear. See you soon in April Mr. Oui.

Pros: Good Location ( for nightlife, shopping, food - excellent variety of different cuisines just at a 5-10 minutes walking distance). Helpful Staff, wiFi was good, connected at all times (one-time login) Room Service was very prompt. TV channels had a good variety (better than some of the Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitalitys in BKK). Cons : The Rooms were really small, the pics are really misleading, but as a solo traveler it suited my needs. Bathroom fittings need to be upgraded. All in all I had a good stay, the Positives trumped the negatives, I recommend this Hotel for everyone especially a solo traveler. If Nightlife, Shopping, Food are your priorities then this is the Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality for you.

Visited in nov'23. Room quality and service is really good. Roof top swimming pool is also good. Location is 5 minutes walking distance from nana buts or 7 mins from sukhumvit mrt. Located in one of the most charming area in bangkok. But asked for early check-in with extra fees though we have seen that rooms were vacant (people checked out infront of us) but not allowed to do so. Above all good things, only this was not at all expected. Leaving this issue behind, 100% recommended.

Very convenient to travel places in Bangkok as Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality situated at 5 minutes walk to Nana BTS station avoiding heavy traffic and cheaper. Most of the Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitalitys and eating places located nearby. Excellent service and breakfast provided by this 70 room Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality. No hesitation in recommending this Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality.

Our stay at citrus sukhumvit 13 was very comfortable and relaxing. The service was really good, the rooms are very clean and the staffs were very helpful and polite. I hope to come again and stay at the Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality whenever i happen to visit bangkok again. Thank you so much citrus sukhumvit 13 we love you. This Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality is located at sukhumvit 13 which is close to sky train station ask and nana which can take you to all major visiting sites the Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality is good. Would say amazat this price. Very generous and co operating staffs. Has everything around. Two seven eleven mart close by. Terminal 21 mall is nearby. The area around is a happening place at night.

Location is good near to shopping and nightlife as expected but this Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality is located on a small narrow road and have to walk for 600meters just to reach main road otherwise it's near to nightlife and 800meters from bts station. It's a little isolated road so getting a taxi is a little hard and have to walk 600 meters to catch one or have to walk 800meters to catch bts train.

Good experience. Room size is good. Small extra bed is the sufficient for kids. Vegetarian food option is less. Variety can be improved. Late check-out was given, happy to stay. Budget Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality.

The rooms are good and well equipped. The pool on the terrace is well designed and has a view of high rise buildings. The lobby area is also good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Located just 500 meters from NANA BTS Station and has many restaurants around. Our stay was comfortable and the place around is clean and safe.

Very comfortable stay. Oui, the concierge was exceptionally good and hospitable. Always with a smile and ready to suggest the best modes of transport to get Around. He was always ready to drop us at the nearest BTS Station. Zori, Firi and Sudeep too were very helpful. All in all good stay and will stay there again.

This is a very nice Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality. Every happening place is nearby. They allowed me an early checkin on my request. Very nice staff well mannered and professional. Would definitely consider this Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality for my next visit as well.

Best Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality closest to nightlife and metro. Totally guest friendly and quite safe. Have all the amenities. Staff was courteous and support. Especially reception people. Love to stay in this Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality again.

A nice place to stay with lots of restaurants nearby. Walking distance from Nana BTS and night market and shopping malls. We enjoyed our stay here.

This was my 4th visit. The duty manager with spent was very humble and courteous. He helped me to deliver my luggage to the room as I was fully wet due to heavy rain. I had an amazing stay. Love to visit again.

Very hospitable staff, but food was a let down since we are vegetarians.
Not many plug points in the room was our biggest issue.

Bit far from crowd and noise but still in vicinity of soi cowboy, and other areas of public interest. Simply wow.

The stay at Citrus was very comfortable and pleasant. All the arrangements in the room was good and we lived it. The staff and services are very good.

The room was decently sized and clean. Locker facility was available in yhe room itself. Bed was king sized. However the pillows were as comfortable as i would've liked them to be. But that's a very personal thing. Hot water in the shower was a plus.

Everything was perfect except the kitchen closes very early. The staff was very nice, the rooms a clean but some rooms are small, overall the experience was great.

The rooms are bit small but great for overnight stay. Indian food is available, we didn't try but was looking good. Pool is great with a view though a little small. Walking distance from terminal 21 mall and present in the main area
