Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam

We stayed at Novotel Bangkok Platinum Prathunam Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam for 3 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. The Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam is located in a prime area of Prathunam with lots of shopping malls and eateries Around. Its directly connected to the Platinum fashion mall and other malls in the area which made shopping very easy in the hot sultry weather of Bangkok. The Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam room was clean and comfortable with all amenities. The breakfast spread was also good. Room service was quick and helpful. They have a roof top a view pool bar with an awesome ambiance to enjoy the Bangkok skyline at night. Though we required early check-in and late checkout due to the timings of our flights but we couldn't avail that, due to the rush season I guess. Everything else was good. We definitely recommend to others.

The best part was the view from the sixteenth floor and not to forget the person on the ground floor reception a very kind gentleman who arranged for a quick safe journey to the airport, next plus point was the shopping malls, one just attached to the Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam where you can get all stuff under one roof plus point McDonald just attached to the Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam and the palladium mall opposite to the Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam where you can see by evening all stuff is slowly gets out of the mall and the budget shopping you can do overall very pleasant stay.

Location-Novotel is right in the middle of city. Food- Offers a wide array of food options with two restaurants. Buffet had a wide spread. We opted for a family room as were travelling with two kids, one under 5. Room was thoughtfully done with a bunk bed and Mickey Mouse and hello kitty sheets and soft toys with separate toiletry bags customised for kids. Location is just 3 kms from MBK mall and 200 meters from night market

Novotel is ideally located in bangkok, it's on the top floors of famous platinum mall ideal for shopping, the only disadvantage is that they don't have smoking rooms & no indian dish in their daily breakfast buffet although many indian guests stay there. The pool side of the Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam on 9th floor has a wonderful view of the city, you can enjoy drinks & thai dishes at the lounge besides the pool

The Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam is located at a beautiful place. Just a few minutes away from all major shopping options. The room was very comfortable and we'll equipped. All amenities were excellent. The location is very good with easy access to all parts of the city. The food available is also very good. Enjoyed staying here.

We landed in Bangkok and headed to this beautiful Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam. It is in the heart of Pratunam, with all the best shopping destinations surrounding it. The Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam has a very nice, classy look. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very good. Overall a nice stay.

So convenient with the best 2 bargain malls around the corner , biggest food chains outlets and street food with buzzing energy and great music. Cherry on the cake was the amazing spa and rooftop view of the entire city. also not to forget swift check in and . Concierge service very prompt too.

I had asked for pad Thai noodles with Jain description and the chef put shrimps. But next day with Indian chef Mr. Sunil and other manager took care and we're sorry about it. Once must take care to call Indian chef to ask for veg or jain food. Otherwise, it is disaster as they don't understand.

We had an excellent stay at this Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam. The main attraction is the location. The Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam is surrounded by shopping malls and night markets. The food, hospitality everything was excellent. I recommend everyone to stay at least once.

Novotel pratunam bangkok is located at a very convenient place. Bus stop, ferry stop all walking distance. Next to fashion mall which was awesome. Breakfast was very good. Room was very comfortable. Had a awesome city view. All in all had a wonderful stay.

Good Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam in terms of location and connectivity. Located near the main malls of Bangkok. Staff is very courteous. Hotel have a lot of policies which they are very strict on. Like check in/check out time.

The Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam is very nice and clean, it is at the top location, easy access to all the shopping malls, lovely breakfast and very warm and helping staff, i would definitely want to come and stay here again

Spotters clean, stone's throw from the platinum mall and eating joints. kid-friendly, good breakfast, clean rooms. It's your 5th time in Bangkok and this was by far the best Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam I've stayed in.

Its very well situated and has access to all of the shopping areas. Very reasonably priced as well. Food is excellent. Rooms are well maintained as well. Very accommodating on requests as well. Overall had a great stay!

Centrally located in the shopping capital of Bangkok, Novotel Platinum is a wonderful property to stay with family. It is attached to the Platinum mall and all other malls are just a few minutes walk away.

The only advantage is it's in the mall.
