Showers were broken, no cutlery provided despite kitchenette in the room. They say you have to pay 500 baht extra if you want to use utensils. What is the point of giving a kitchenette in room if you wont let customers use it

Disappointing stay

The location is not good. No supermarkets or 7 eleven nearby. Elevator is extremely slow. My room has no view, it was facing a wall. There were big cockroaches in the room. Shower water temperature was inconsistent, mostly hot. No cooking utensils in the kitchen which was a shocker. Overall, disappointed.

Good comfortable stay at decent rate

Location is good. Not on the main street but they have their internal tuk tuk service which drops and picks you from main road. Hove stayed there in all my 3 trips to bangkok so far. We did not take the breakfast or meals there this time but have tried earlier. Food is good. Amenities in hotel/room are good and staff is nice too

Good location. Rooms are maintained reasonably well. Shower bathtub taps all working fine. Room lightings was dim and can be better.

Aspen is located in sukhumvit a perfect place for tourists, walking distance to soi 11. It’s a very peaceful and calm area to stay. All the important malls and bars at a few steps ahead only, rooms are very specious, clean and hygienic.
Poor service, average food. Need to ask for every small thing in room like toothbrush paste and bathroom slipper. Also staff was very rude at times. We were also given solo room with no view and bad smell later got changed when complained. While having breakfast when requested omelet, lady served it with such a low face and just slide d on the table. Except location nothing was good, room were big with good furniture but no open window for ventilation, cockroaches roaming in night. Very disappointed with stay.

Location is good and near market and restaurants but rooms are not maintained properly. Pool was shut due to water being dirty. Did not eat any meal in hotel as very little indian food options

Good service, nice and spacious rooms. Central conditioned rooms. Residency is little bit inside from main road, but near to metro, nana plaza and walkable.

Excellent service and room cleanliness. Would recommend to stay here and enjoy the bangkok vacation. Location is good at the centre of city.
