    It was an old hotel and not up to the mark with modern days. Also, staff are supportive and helpful. But monitoring all minor things and troubling us

    The cleanliness, staff behaviour and location are all good. The water pressure of the shower was not good. The breakfast buffet had very few vegetarian options.

    The location of this hotel is good and it is nothing but the twin of Palazzo Hotel Bangkok. It is well maintained but its ageing and you can feel when you use the taps. Staff is of helpful and friendly in nature. Another thing which I observed is that even you book any category room you need to asked or fight for tea and coffee sachets as they have stopped placing them in the room and breakfast was average,
