A very good service apartment hotel

Good location
nice ambience spacious apartment for long stays
good views from the top floor rooms
clean swimming pool limited breakfast options for vegetarians. No indian dishes. It would have been better if they provided a washing machine for long term stays as getting laundry cleaning is expensive otherwise.

Bad service

Booked two kingsuit rooms at jckevin 2 months prior to travel. And when we checked in we got a strange reply that king bed is not available in both rooms. When we asked about this and asked them to find a solution, they were just killing time calling someone, searching in their computer, etc. And as we had other seeing plans, we asked them sort out by the time we come back. They didn't even bother to get back to us. Also room were just mediocre, don't qualify for 5star. My recommendation would be to avoid this hotel.

I am always chosen my make my trip, also regular customer. Please out from your list this hotel. Breakfast is more important for tourist but it very poor.

One of the finest hotel stay experiences in Thailand. Courteous and cooperative hotel staff and undoubtedly the best property with the most excellent views and facilities. We got a free upgrade by the reception check-in staff due to the unavailability of the room, which was almost twice the price. This shows how much they value the customers and, care about their experiences. Kudos!
Location is good, building is old one, maintainence is okay! it’s a very good experience! perfect for families!

It is an old property. Rooms need renovation. It is cheaper compared to other 5 star. But i would rather pay little extra and stay in a better property

Not more than a budget hotel

Our room was not ready when we arrived and were told to wait 40 minutes. Rooms are old and worn out, housekeeping is not good, our room was not cleaned and they left used coffee mugs and did not change them. They claim themselves as 5 star property but this is no better than a 3 star and lacks hospitality. Breakfast is poor and repetitive with not a lot of choices.

Run down and old condominium building, try to avoid. Breakfast is not worth eating. Some of the staff are poorly trained

Location is good. Rooms are spacious and good house keeping. Food not many options for indians, they should have added atleast one or two indian items in the breakfast.

It is one of the best hotels in bangkok. The service is just phenomenal. To start with they have provided us with free drinks and snacks in the room. Also the rooms are so big and spacious that your whole family of 8 can fit in. The breakfast buffet is just awesome and the pool is just fantastic. Its a must recommend to stay here.

Perfect room with beautiful view

I stayed here for 3 days, and the room was spacious, with a lot of sunlight. We picked the one bedroom skyline suit room, it had a beautiful view of the bangkok skyline.
