If indian no point it's very farvaway from pratunam and indira market almost 8 kms far away, breakfast was bad, there where flying ants on vegetables every-time and no options for vegetarian, not fit. For indians travel-ling

The reviews are true! too many mosquitoes in my room i couldn’t sleep. The bathrooms are way too small too. The smallest bathtub i’ve ever seen. Only fit for a child. Lighting was terrible too.

Worst 5 star hotel i have ever seen

This hotel is only busy doing promotions, that can attract tourists. I reached this so called 5star hotel on 7th. There was no welcome drink even. They gave me a room without bathtub whereas i booked a room with one. When i protested they showed me a room that too in the extreme corner with a baby tub. Only kids can fit in. The breakfast was included but there are no adequate edible options. Which they call american standard. I have been to 3 star with american standard breakfast. They have much better options. Anyway. The staff were rude even and always busy doing photoshoot and video shoot of models for the promotion of the inadequate bad hotel. I suggest not to book this hotel at least paying so much of hard earned money. There are much better hotels which we will get just paying a thousand more.

Charged us 12000 inr while checkout

Everything gets worse while checking out they made us pay 5000 thb and said we have used and damaged their iron box and table where as we didn't even used it and they have threatened us in the name of police

The hotel rooms are to small. I stayed at room no 420 and there was no space in the room to open my suit cases and the rooms and as well as the hotel is full of mosquitoes.
Even though the bedsheet was already bit dirty. Did informed the reception but at check out we were charged extra for damaging the bedsheets. We didn't argue over it and moved on by paying.

The hotel was very good with all the modern facilities. Hotel staff was really nice and helpful. Hotel is not good for freaky travel or due to distance from the center point but very good to stay in luxury in relax mood. I really enjoy our stay at this hotel.

Wonderful room with great amenities/utilities (washing machine and microwave etc. ). Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Great experience overall in every aspect
