    Staff was friendly. Reception staff was familiar for any assistance. Don't book any travel bookings from travel desk near reception area they charge double, can book from outside local travel agent.

    Not good for family

    Location is near to shopping attraction but small rooms and not good for family stay. In room massage available by a spa downstairs. OK hotel. Breakfast OK, no option for vegetarians except bread butter.

    Poor Stay

    Advantage- Located in the center of Bangkok and has good malls around. Just 2 minutes walk to MRT station. Disadvantage- There was no balcony for the room. Very suffocating room and there was no lock for the bathroom door. Staff not friendly. I give 2 out of 5 points.
