Good hotel location good but no indian breakfast. Jacuzzi not working for all five days of my stay. Spacious clean room with all amenities. Nice daily housekeeping. Staff very good and helpful specially zonia at reception, antonio and q vi at concierge. A pleasent stay with hassle free check in and out. A very expensive indian restaurant nearby. 7/11 at a walking distance of 4 mins n many massage parlours on street so good amenities, staff n location but no food.

Good location, friendly english speaking staff, neat and clean rooms.

The property is good. Very good room. Amazing staff to welcome at reception. Most importantly, all the staff speaks english. Good location near to buts and other prime hot spots to visit

Nice hotel in central bangkok and very good service and delicious food at the restaurant. I would prefer to stay again if i get chance to visit bangkok.

There are better hotels at the same location in a similar price. The staff was unprofessional. Checkin was delayed by 2 hours and the hotel did not even feel like a 2 star.

Abut 600 m from mrt asok and bts sukhumvit. Staff is 5 stars. Very cooperative and welcoming. A little old hotel and hence the 4 stars. Rooms look old but clean. Hot water not stable. Good decent stay. Good and safe for families

A very basic hotel at that price level. Improper amenities- and just basic buffet. Rooms are cozy - but the look is just worthless. Staff is good and well behaved - provides accurate information.

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful and location of hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to terminal 21 mall and the ask bts station

On check in. I asked for a smoking room which was informed is not available but the hotel staff confirmed that you can some in the other rooms as well. But on checking out they charged 2000. 00 bhatt as fine. On telling them that your staff member confirmed me but they say he is on off today and we will not let you leave the property. Being a flight to catch had no option to pay and leave. It was purposely done to get 2000. 00 bhatt extra from me.

The hotel staff is very cooperative and helped regarding all my needs. Hotel breakfast menu was wide keeping in view vegetarians need. Hotel ambience is kept quiet impressive with basement parking facilities, luggage dropping facilities and money exchange counter and atm outside the hotel. Very near to terminal 21 mall, metro station.

Rooms look like refurbished from an older property (while it has card access, doors have a place for key lock. Room size were apt with a large bed, storage space, workstation, and a decent size washroom. One thing missing is the view from the french window. There is literally nothing to look out. What they call a city view is basically overlooking buildings with some rooms literally facing the wall of other building, which blocks the entire view.

Rooms are spacious and clean but no view in room if you are habitual of leaving in fresh air then this hotel not suits you but location is good near to metro station but again residential area no restaurants nearby like phuket and patty’s tourist area breakfast option are same all day
