Dawn hotel staff was rude and uninterested in guests needs. They behaved as if doing guests a favour. Only positive was that hotel location was good

During my recent stay at the dawin, bangkok, i was truly impressed by the overall experience. The hotel's prime location in the heart of the city made it convenient to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Upon arrival, i was greeted by a warm and friendly staff that made me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and i appreciated the efficiency of the front desk team. The room i stayed in was well-appointed and comfortable, with modern decor and all the necessary amenities. The attention to detail was evident, from the comfortable bed and quality linens to the well-designed bathroom. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional dining experience. The hotel's on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu that catered to various tastes featuring a wide array of options, from traditional thai dishes to international favorites. This is my 3rd time with Dawin and as always it was a comfortable stay, close to Nana BTS. The restaurant in ground floor has good options and coffee was good check-in and checkout was quick, staff is friendly and helpful.
