One unclean bathrobe but otherwise only positives to say. High quality shampoo and conditioner provided. Very central location with everything accessible nearby, kind and patient staff, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic attached restaurant.
Hotel is in an awesome location in the Old City and the staff was very nice, accommodating, and even gave us a welcome drink and snack when we were checking in. The room was clean, comfortable, and all we really needed as a couple. The pool area was peaceful and quaint and allowed us to relax after our daily excursions. The hotel is on a main road making getting picked up for excursions easy and it is also right on the path of the Sunday Night Market which is cool. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Chiang Mai for any length of time.

Spent 2 nights of R&R from our backpacking trip and were super-pleased. Enjoyed chilling by the pool, although the L-shape made swimming lengths interesting. Staff were great, friendly and eager to help. Room was clean, comfortable and we were upgraded to a king sized bed & had access to mini-fridge contents - free of charge! Would recommend.
Love the location and room cleanliness. Staff is friendly however the water pressure is very weak especially in the morning. The water heater was inconsistent will be too hot or cold in between suddenly. Towel with black stain on it for 2 incidents.

Breakfast was included in my rate and perfect - everything you need. Hotel so clean and I cannot praise how good the staff were at advising and helping us find things to visit. We visited over Songkran so embraced the wet traditions and the hotel did too :) recommend!!

Lovely hotel with relaxing atmosphere. It felt like an oasis in the chaotic busy city. Great location, right on the Sunday walking street, and a drugstore market across the street. The manager, Jamie, who greeted us with welcome drinks and a sweet snack was very helpful, and booked an elephant tour for us. Our suite was spacious, and surprisingly quiet. The closet only had four hangers, but we asked for more and housekeeping brought more right away. Lots of towels in the bathroom, and generous with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Pool is nice, but shaded, and only has two seats and no lounge chairs. Breakfast was pretty basic. Toast, ham, hotdog-like sausage, fatty bacon, fried egg, and random pasta dishes. They did have good papaya, dragon fruit, and some small tasty sweet treats. And they had a tasty rice soup.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
Amazing hotel. Everything is brand new and perfect. If you choose to stay here, you will be stying in one of the best values in Chiang Mai.
