    Poor staff service

    The hotel is good and rooms are small, cozy and clean. The wi fi service is really poor. Their terrace is really good but they don’t have restaurant. The overall experience was good until we faced a terrible situation with our luggage. I am giving 1 star for the staff. At the time of check out we kept our luggage at the reception for 1 hour or so when we reached our destination we couldn’t open the luggage because someone changed the baggage code. The women were laughing when we were leaving from there but we couldn’t understand that laugh. It took more than one hour for us to open the luggage after the help of youtube and how i know that they changed the pin, well we stayed in room number 204 and the pin code was set to 214. How clever the staff must be who had done this ridiculous thing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel because of this cheap action.
