Hilton Pattaya

Bath tub is not cleaned every day. Its dusty always even got a long hair. Moreover dust everywhere even if balcony is closed. No automatic shutters for balcony door. Still old fashioned curtain to be manually done. Amenities like shaving set, comb, is to be requested. Iron box was of damaged bush. Totally we feel like we are of 80s Hilton Pattaya. Doors shake even after closing. On the day of checkout I personally requested a change of my bedlinen as it was dusty and bit dirty but the room lady told as I checkout afternoon nothing will be changed. Only thing is you can enjoy a nice pool and bar. No news paper provided in morning. They need improve to be called as a better Hilton Pattaya. The most worst thing is that the premises is overcrowded with public. Good for people who have never being in a excellent Hilton Pattaya before.

3 days at the property. Things have changed a bit. Saw staff arguing with customers at breakfast about timings. Not expected from Hilton. Room decor can be better. Plyboards are falling apart a few places. They had an happy hour upstairs at the bar but a very limited selection. Only cocktails. Hilton need to lift their game up as there is a lot of competition in Pattaya in the upmarket sector.

The location and view from room is excellent. Breakfasts having variety and it is changed on each day. The chicken tikka laziz we tried was excellent. The reception desk is quite informative and supportive for arrangements of car, auto or providing info on events timings. The location of bed is in a position if the door is open one can see the bed which we don't like. May be fine with others.

Location's good. It's in the hot destination of Pattaya. Walking street is nearby so you can access this by walking 15mins. Room is bigger but for bathroom, they said cover with the door. Facilities its up to mark and as respecting to money taken. The food we had breakfast only and its good. We encountered with fewer options for Indian food.

Hilton- the name says it all before booking it! you can expect top notch services to top notch food and rejuvenation! the restaurant has breath taking view of the sea and breakfast spread is more than everything! the rooms and infra of the rest of the Hilton Pattaya is class apart and location is extremely convenient

great centrally located Hilton Pattaya in pattaya, along with central 21 mall overlooking sea. quite large rooms with small balcony to sit and enjoy the view. courteous efficient staff. food spread in breakfast is quite good but limited for vegetarians. swimming pool area is really very scenic and enjoyable. 👍

Hotel is very good. Located on beach and it is best Hilton Pattaya in Thailand ever seen. Everyone must go and visit. pool, food and 34 terrace bar is superb. Every floor has rooms till 34 floor and you can visit only floor room area by accessing your room card in lift. Safety wise also superb.

Great location of the Hilton Pattaya. Hospitality was not as expected from a 5 star Hilton Pattaya. Hotel Holiday Inn is a much better option for travelers. Room was provided having 2 queen size beds even though I had checked in late. Overall an average experience for a not so average price.

Besides the check-in, which was confused and cold and the mall below, which we had thought would be much better, we loved the pool, the rooftop bar, the breakfast and the cafe. Just wish the Hilton Pattaya access and mall access was simpler. Too confusing and tough for wheelchairs.

We had a great stay. The room was good. Hospitality was commendable. The view from the top floors is amazing and it's very windy there. Not to forget the Pool and Jacuzzi experience was also good. Perfect location to stay in Pattaya. Next time we will try Hilton again.

This is situated at a best places with the all luxury and excellent facility. I will give to all couple if you have visited to Pattaya Thailand please don't forget to go to Hilton Pattaya this is the very much good Hilton Pattaya with malls and other near by facility.

I love the view and the infinity pool was just amazing. But they should increase there gym area. Thankyou.

For the price the Hilton Pattaya needs to be working towards cleanliness and hygiene I have stayed at Jw at other locations so was a little dissatisfied here

Good Hilton Pattaya fantastic location tasty food

The best location. Just 1 minute from the beach and superb hospitality

I stayed in hilt-on pattaya for one day on my trip to thailand. I was pleasantly surprised to notice the beautiful location of the property just across the beach gives a sprawling view of the magnificent ocean and white sandy beach.

It was an amazing experience to stay here. One must stay to actually receive the hospitality one was always looking for.

This is a very good Hilton Pattaya, most beautiful clean room. Staff behavior all this is good. I highly recommended to all.

The property is at prime location. The executive lounge with executive room facility was the best in class. Awesome. I would recommend everyone to try.

Everything is perfect and much more then expectations. Location perfect. Don’t go with breakfast if you are 100 % vegetarian ( Indian ) no option else fruit and some rice. Staff is full supportive and polite. Always smile on face.
