Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort

The Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort is located in North Pattaya area. You can walk to the beach (5 mins) and shopping mall (Central Marina) is nearby. There were 2 great swimming pools, One is on the 1st floor like a small water park for children, another is on the 5th floor for adults. Room is good, but not 100% clean (I found hair in wash basin & also on the floor in room). Although they have a great swimming pools, they have a big mistake is that there was no cotton bud & bathrobe provided in superior room.

Hotel is conveniently located and has good amenities. The swimming pool is really good and kids enjoy in pool the most. If you are pure vegetarian please make arrangements for food as Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort has very limited veg options for breakfast.
Rooms are little small. Being a 4 star Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort we expected the Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resorts to provide toiletries like shaving razor, cream toothbrush and toothpaste. However only soap and shampoo was provided.

Mercure as always is a very pleasant stay be it anywhere in the World. This property too lives by its name and is very sophisticated & full of all the amenities that guests can think of. It would have been lot better if the location would have been near to the happening area, rather than being at the start of the Beach road. Moreover the property has views to the Beach, but not all the rooms get that ... So beware if you think you will be waking up in front of a beautiful beach view.

Check-in was smooth. The ocean view suite was quiet spacious, they provided 2 bottles of soft drinks, a soda and couple of juice packs everyday in the mini bar free of cost. The water park was amazing and my kid really loved it. Food is not very costly even when ordered in room service. We really enjoyed our stay for 5 nights here. Location is awesome if you want to stay away from the seedy part of pattaya. Beach is just across the road and some great restaurants nearby

The property was excellent - right from the staff, food, location, cleanliness. It is great for a family with kids. There are two pool areas. The 5th floor area is more for adults. The one outside the main lobby area is great for kids with a separate pool and play area. Breakfast was really good with a wide range of options. For indians there are some indian breakfast options as well will definitely visit this property again without a doubt

We stayed in Mercure Resort Pattaya for 7 nights for the first time and we found the Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort excellent for the kids. It's a kid friendly resort, value for money and has friendly and smiling staff. The only thing which we found were the rooms a bit small for a family of four but even everything else was exceptional. We would definitely come back to the Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort again!

Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort is near to beach. We had a room with a view of the swimming pool and buildings, but that was nice enough. The room was quite small. Staff were helpful and the room did have a balcony. The location of the Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort is fantastic. Many Restaurants nearby. Would probably stay here again because not far from the beach or shopping.

North Pattaya Beach Hotel Behind the holiday inn is the 3rd building, allowing you to see the sea only in some zones. We stay on the 14th floor, room 08 is overlooking the pool and city views. Beautiful swimming pool Play slider and jump and enjoy the kids fun. Delicious breakfast is available. Fitness is in the same floor as the dining room. New and varied equipment.

Mercure Pattaya ocean resort is a good Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort to stay. Beach is near to Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort just on walking distance. Swimming pool is also very good. Kids enjoyed a lot. Staff is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Shopping market is nearby. Good Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort to stay at Pattaya.

Had some difficulty in reaching the Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort but it was nice place. Spacious room. Location is good close to bear museum, walking distance from beach road. Hotel service was good. Breakfast had limited Indian food options but good Indian restaurant can be found around the Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort.

Location is really good. The in-house water park is amazing for kids. Spacious rooms with good balcony view. You can see the pattaya beach from the balcony. 7-eleven is right outside the gate which is very helpful. No idea about food as we didn’t book the breakfast. It is mostly international buffet breakfast.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay. The staffs were helpful we checked in quite late and the lady in the counter as we checked in was very sweet and courteous. You need such warm welcome after a tiring long flight! The kids loved the swimming pool with the park. Breakfast was good and overall it was a pleasant stay.

It was great stay indeed … great view and amazing staffs 😊👍🏼 I give 10/10 …. Pool was great and in centre of the main places … stayed for 5 nights and extended for one more night since it was way too good and comfy to stay at mecure pattaya … !

Located on beachfront and very close to terminal 21 mall. The swimming pool is fantastic for kids. The Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort offers good value on stay and food is reasonably priced.

Great service, quality breakfast is good, has two nice pool for adults and kids, bed is very comfortable, Best location near beach, restaurant department stores, cabaret, magic show, a lot car parking

Excellent rooms and service. The best part is the mini water park. It's so fun for the kids. Also they have 7 11 store just outside.

This Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort is for family Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort. My kid like this place very much. Breakfast is normal. Room is quite small but suitable for parent and one kid. High level room is better than lower level room. Come back again certainly.

The resort has a very nice cozy swimming pool and a small water park. Breakfast was excellent. The decor is minimalistic. The service is efficient. They charge a security deposit for the duration of stay.
