Had a very nice and pleasant stay with family good size rooms and beautiful pool facing balcony, only breakfast menu was repeated every day all the things at a walkable distance 7-11, restaurants, massage, beach would recommend

This hotel is bit old hotel. Located about 5 minutes walk to beach. Pool is big and clean. Rooms are standard size. Must choose rooms with balcony and lift

Grand bella hotel is very good hotel and in budget hotel and it is near to all best places in pattaya, nice staff n very good pool. Everything is near to this hotel. We have very good room service too.

I recently stayed at grand bella hotel in pattaya and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The rooms were below average, lacking the comfort and amenities expected from a hotel in this price range. The beds were not comfortable at all, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. To make matters worse, the towels provided were not clean, which is a basic necessity for any hotel. The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Additionally, the hotel did not reflect proper hospitality or maintenance standards. The staff seemed uninterested in providing the level of service you’d expect at a decent hotel, and overall, the upkeep of the property appeared neglected. I would not recommend grand bella to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in pattaya. There are plenty of better options available in the area.

We stayed here for 2 days and have 2 rooms, if we talk about amenities there is not a single wardrobe only a safety box in the room. There is a twin bed which keeps shaking even while getting up or sitting. There is no back support to sit in the bed. The doors of the room and the bathroom are of very cheap quality and make a lot of noise while opening and closing them. Whoever talks in the entire corridor or closes or opens his room, you can hear all the sound in your room. Two cheap plastic chairs and a plastic table have been given in the room to sit in. Overall, in this hotel you only get walls, everywhere else money has been saved. Talking about the cleanliness of the rooms, I will only give 3 star. Only the location is good but my overall experience was very bad, I could not sleep well for two days. When I went to the management to get my room changed, I was told that all the rooms are the same.

The hotel was good, food was good no complaints. However they took 500 baht as security, and while checkout deducted 300baht on account of random things without listening to anything. If there was one bad review about this hotel i checked before booking, it was this unjust deduction of deposit and that is exactly what happened. Please do not book this, not worth the hassle!

The hotel is good at this price range. All the attractions are nearby, and the pool is also good. The room is hygiene and space is also good. The premises has good atmosphere and vibes all around.
