Smelly rooms with worst house keeping.

1. Old buildings and smelly rooms 2. Very worst house keeping
3. Poor lightings inside rooms
4. Whole night sounds comes from the main road. 5. Very ordinary breakfast 6. Only plus point is location - walkable distance to jomtien beach in my international trip this is the worst hotel.

These are only apartments. Only 2 bottles of water and later they don't give water even if you want to pay. Night staff and office staff reduce and seem not interested. They even denied an extra blanket even if I pay. Location is very near to Jomtien beach which is superb.

Only thing I did not care for was breakfast. Ask for an omelet and and the cook will say no no really loud. When it is 9:30 no more foods put out servers food more for dinner than breakfast. Otherwise it was a nice hotel big rooms hot water for showers. Friendly cleaning ladies.

Koh larn island

Jomtien plaza ... Near jomtien beach, Pattaya walking street, and gng to koh larn island very easy. Room clean, swimming pool is good, but WiFi is too slow .. Over all good value for money
