Awesome destination cool place nice ambience good staff, yummy food everything is so good. Near to beach and walking street, clean rooms with well-maintained and well managed. No waiting time at reception while check in and check out. Huge place with good rooms, swimming pool, fitness centre, baby play zone, pool bar, restaurant and many many more things which fits in everyone's budget. Highly recommended place to stay at pattaya good view from Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya rooms, faster service from kitchen, house keeping, reception, restaurant is well maintained with good managed staff, one can find large variety of dishes serving in breakfast, luch and dinner within our budget. Can find every country citizen at one destination and that's hot-en sun beam

The vibe of the Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya is fabulous. The staff is very polite and helpful, helped with the my luggage’s as well. A. Their is a huge area at the entry might be the waiting area that space was good as well. The Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya is at the centre of pattaya and all the connivence store and eateries are near to the Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya which i think is the best part. The most interesting part is the pool, i personally loved that space. I had a huge bath tub in my room which was the best and most exciting part about the room. Overall very good experience. We stayed in Pattaya for 3 days in Sunbeam Hotel (now called Eastin Hotel Pattaya) as a group of 6 members. Our initial experience were so bad, they took more than an hour for Check-In and then we found out that our rooms didn't have balcony or window, and wanted to upgrade the rooms for which they again took an hour. But luckily, the new rooms had balcony with Beach facing and we had wonderful view of the sunset. Breakfast was okay with a decent amount of spread. Rooms were okay. Swimming pool is good. Overall 3. 5 Stars out of 5

Excellent stay. The room very good and with every facility you expect from a pleasure trip. So for the location is very good. People like me who like water/sea/beaches it is awesome. Very near to the beach walk-able. All facilities at your finger tip. . The only problem I faced was a impolite breakfast manager whose response was bad. Treating 10 am deadline with seconds even to serve juice/water. He should be told we paying for breakfast not free.

The Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya is located near to Pattaya beach. All market place is easily accessible from this location. Very good amenities like swimming pool gym, good ambience. For Indians don’t book with food but there is one good Indian restaurant Khama Khajana near to the Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya, opposite to the sunshine Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya. Cleanroom. Rooms available for certain price. Moneywort. 5 star.

We stayed at Sunbeam for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. Pros: Good and spacious rooms close to the beach massage parlor just close by and is opposite mini mart the lane where the Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya is located has a lot of Indian restaurants Courteous staff Cons: Poor lighting in rooms Limited breakfast options.

We like the rooms. Breakfast was also good. Location was perfect. The only bad thing was Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya front desk lady was very rude. Male attandant was good but lady had no idea how to talk to customers. Bathroom was good but my boathouse room drainage had problem and was wet all the time.

So it was my birthday that day and they themselves arranged my cake as a surprise they hosted us so politely and though in Thailand there's language problem but still they were well known of English so it was easy to communicate. Nice stay. Decent Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya. Nice location. Loved it.

Good service, big room and more pillow. I like swimming pool. They have jacucci. The location is near beach, big department store, local food and night market. It's easy take a bus to go to walking street. And around Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya have more bar. The breakfast is normal but many food.

Absolutely great Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya. Value for money. Very good location and nearby the beach makes it so ideal for tourists. The Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya is located at a place which has access to McDonald's and local 24/7 shops to buy food and drinks. Indian restaurant is very close by.

It's very near to the beach. And locate in central, so accessible everywhere.

The property was good but very far from the main City. So if you plan to stay near the most happening places of Bangkok Sunbeam is not a choice for you. But if you are looking to stay at a peaceful place go for it

It's quite a spacious property with nicely done interiors. It's centrally located with the Beach (and the Beach Road) just a 2- minute walk away. The only flip Side is the rooms get no natural light. I would still give this one a thumbs up.

Super stay close to central pattaya great room and service swimming pool, gym, restaurants. Etc pool bar is present. Great parking space. Baggage keeping area for early arrivals

Excellent staff behavior, great location, nice pool, when you are going single only select two person per room so that you will not be charged for guest anymore all over my stay is the best. Thank you so much Sunbeam and make my trip also.
