Plenty of restaurants and services such as tour bookings, massages, private taxis and smart bus stops at walking distance from the Grand Mercure Phuket Patong. Patong beach is just 7 minutes away (walking. Hotel staff is very prompt and helpful and most of them speak enough english to adequately understand and respond to requests and queries. Check-in and check-out was very simple, quick and easy. Breakfast buffet has a good spread and a mix of continental, thai/regional and indian cuisines. Room service is quite efficient and prompt, although there are limited options - room service continental food is good, thai food not so much. The swimming pool is a bit small but nice and not very crowded. There is a pool table and table tennis for guests to play down in the lobby.

awesome property 😍 amazing staff, wonderful experience.. our best stay until now in the grand mercure phuket. the food so good and reasonable too.. we were there for 4 nights out of which they gave a discount on our 5 year old child’s breakfast buffet for 3 days and one complimentary meal too without asking for it. from rooms to hospitality to people all so prim and proper and the staff so courteous and cooperative, it just makes your stay memorable for life. we stayed at the pool access rooms and highly recommend the same.

At breakfast vegetarian and indian food option is next to nil and not good. Overall spread and quality of food is very good. Location wise - 10 mins away from main street but everything that is necessary is available in an around the Grand Mercure Phuket Patong. One thing that i didn’t like was when i called for 1 cut lemon they said i will have to pay 50 thb for that.

Quick vip check in for the 1 bedroom pool villa. Villa was excellent with a small pool. As we were 3 adults, an addition-la bed was already put up in the living room, which was good thinking. Complimentary access to the lounge was vey welcome. Breakfast was very good too. We had buffet dinner which we thought was quiet reasonably priced. Overall an excellent stay.

Property is nice but not on waterfront. Beach is a few minutes walk. The area was full of nightlife, foods and shopping. The beach front is very crowded. The rooms are a bit small but very neatly designed. The service is impeccable. You ask for anything to housekeeping, it comes in a minute. Breakfast was amazing.

Location is good. Limited choices for total vegetarian indians. They were behaving racists and were rude when asked something. They took the towels of the bathroom while cleaning the room and asked us to pay afterwards. They were not child friendly. Behaved badly with us even when we were checking out.

The Grand Mercure Phuket Patong is nice, location is very good, rooms are smaller but are good, staff is good specially betty was nice at reception during check in process. But they dont have good breakfast options for indians, specially for vegetarians. The vegetarian food was only disappointment.

The property is well located, one has the access to the walking street by walking 7 minutes, the food at the bubbles restaurant is fantastic, the hospitality was superb by the staff working there, and last but not the least the price of the Grand Mercure Phuket Patong is unimaginable

To start with, the breakfast buffet is grand with variety of juices, bakery items etc. Hotel Staff is extremely friendly and goes out of the way to address customer queries and issues. Swimming pool is clean with a pool bar to chill and drink. Overall loved our stay.

Had a lovely stay at the mercure. It's placed very strategically, walking distance from bangla street and patong beach. The staff of the Grand Mercure Phuket Patong are friendly and helpful. They provided us with early check-in and also helped us planned our trip.

Our stay was good, the resort is situated in patong centre, a few minutes walk from patong beach & bangla street market. Staff were very polite & helpful, especially mam-bi at the front desk. She has a big welcoming smile & always there to help you out.

Me and my wife had a great stay here. Pool area was awesome, nice buffet breakfast. It's a very convenient Grand Mercure Phuket Patong in every respect. The person at the reception named eddy is very nice, staff is helpful. Everything was just perfect.

Good Grand Mercure Phuket Patong breakfast good but rooms are a bit small. Location is very good every thing is near by. Check in and check out were very fast and welcome drink is very good.

Great location, its 10’mins walk to patong beach and bangla street. Also, variety of indian restaurants nearby.

Decent stay. Room was a decent size. I liked the swimming pool concept. Good play area since I traveled with my 3 year old. Child friendly Grand Mercure Phuket Patong, in close proximity to Paying beach and the mall.

Had a stay here for 3 nights. Clean rooms along with a courteous staff made the stay pleasant. As far as breakfast is concerned would suggest pure vegetarians to skip it as they don't have many options.

The location is best in phuket. I stay in renisence, hilt-on and grand mercure and like location of grand mercure. Service overall is excellent. Full arrangements for indian food. Best part was my pool access room.
