Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort.

Awesome experience. Property is real 5 star property and service is also excellent. I stayed in sea view family room and the view and size of the room was amazing. Infinity view pool is huge and one of the main attractions, it’s nicely maintained (can accommodate 350+ people. Also have a private beach space. Food is another major plus with addition of indian food to it apart from thai and western spread and offers so many varieties daily. Full hygiene and security is maintained and easy to get to nearby trip locations as well. Almost trip providers have pick up service here with Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort. also have cab services. This booking was a part of a longer 7 night stay. Second visit in 4 months. Celebrated by 40th in jun e and now my wife’s 35th. I want to start by saying that the property is not brand new but the condition is great. View is fantastic, you can walk around and the sea view is amazing. Good is good. Staff is outstanding, special mention to noodles at the front desk. She is the most friendly and helpful person and goes out of her way. Kw-on on the front desk too is great. Special mention regqrding the director of operations, mr. Utsah sehgal. Not often does a director actually interact with the guests. He took feedback from us ok jun e and actually followed up during our tripnin september and delivered on everything. Truly amazing. They also arranged a cake for my wife and decorated the room which was nice. There is free tuk tuk to kamala beach a couple of times a day which is very helpful as there are some amazing resteraunt’s there. Overall absolutely brilliant. Thank you

We stayed in club room which was spacious had a beautiful view with balcony. Whatever little problem we faced was more than compensated with the extremely helpful attitude and customer focused behavior of the staff. The only problem was of little choice for vegetarian food of Indian style. The veg food items were more close to far east style of cooking. However, the club lounge did try to cook vegetarian food for us in the evening. The only drawback is that the pick-up for various island tours is near except for FanteSea show which is not very far from the Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort..
The room had a lovely ocean view. The Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort. staff were excellent in dealing with guests and tried to ensure that the guests are comfortable in their stay. We had a problem with our bathroom door which was rectified immediately when we informed the Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort. in the night around 9pm. Happy with the Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort. staff response.

Stayed for 6 days at a terrace room with hot tub, close to the top of the hill as well as right next to the sunset grill restaurant. The room was spacious, the terrace was absolutely fantastic. The unobstructed view of the ocean, the pool, the endless time in the hot tub appreciating the view, the privacy of the terrace, everything was superb. We spent most of our time in the room itself, just relaxing. There is some construction going on adjacent to the Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort. so that noise through the day can be a bit irritating. Food became monotonous for me and was strictly ordinary. Hotel stay is attentive and all requests for buggy, water, room service, room cleaning etc. are meet quite quickly and efficiently. All in all a great stay.

Dislikes: Balcony and study table were not cleaned on daily basis. As construction was going on next to our room or resort. There was little noise, however it didn't bother us, as we were mostly outside the resort in the afternoon or evening time. Options in menu for vegetarian food was less for alacarte and breakfast. Being a excellent resort, food options for breakfast was also less. Likes: Food quality was nice for both alacarte and breakfast at the pool house restaurant of the resort. Ocean facing room was nice and view of the ocean from the room was soothing to eyes.

While everything was great, (including the pool, the view from the pool! 😍), what definitely needs improvement is the food! The breakfast was pretty much the same all 4 days. The Mexican restaurant definitely needs to improve their food. The all day dining was the only decent option in the Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort. IMO. Barring the food, everything was great, including the service.

Just loved our stay at the hyatt regency resort in phuket. The staff were exceptionally service oriented and very helpful. I think we will stay there once again when we return to phuket. The breakfast options were a plenty and the food was really good. We had tried the lunch and dinner menu too and it's really great. Overall a true 5 star stay.

As this is a ocean view resort they should provide continuous shuttle service to go to nearest beach and come back. Currently Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort. is giving shuttle but on specific time. The Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort. is situated in-front of the Sea, however you can't enjoy the ocean as it is completely stony.

Excellent property very well maintained and great view. Helpful staff who went out of the way to make our anniversary special with a large number of add ons. We will recommend the club membership for an outstanding experience of the property. Thanks to MakeMyTrip for an outstanding tie up with such an outfit overseas.

Beautiful property, serene location. Stayed at room for 4 nights with wife and child. Large, comfortable room with good facilities. Amazing ocean view. Excellent service from all staff- they are service-oriented and very well trained. Good breakfast spread. Overall excellent experience. Highly recommended.

So after a tiring personal and professional week reached this wonderful Resort, location wise will give it an average rating since the nearest k mala Beach is not the best of the lot which certainly goes to Karon and Kata beaches however the property itself gives you the comfort to unwind and relax.

Apt location with amazing private beach. Staff is humble and very cooperative. The view from property is breathtaking. We took the plunge pool room and enjoyed every bit at the Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort.. Greenery, cleanliness, privacy, responsiveness of staff, awesome overall feel.

Very good and beautiful room and all things of our stay in hayat Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort. so we are happy.

Property location is good but the beach is very dirty and much far from the city center. Food personally we had a problem because only 3 indian vegetarian dishes were available. Hygiene wise it’s very safe even it’s very safe.

Service is always perfect, the great varieties of foods and the staff are very friendly. Regency club lounge was fantastic.

Location is perfect if you want to take a break from city hustle and bustle. Rooms are spacious with a big bath tub and view from your balcony is mesmerizing.

Stay was much above expectation everything was so unique it thrilled us the location on the sea beach so neat & clean never seen earlier food the staff behaviour & what not so good. God bless all.

Clean and calm rooms with sea view. Little issue with explaining dinner timings 5pm to 8 pm included in booking

The staff is so friendly. The sea facing rooms are the best ones. So-ho bar has the bohemian vibes with brilliant sea view. Pools are super. Room service is at par. The resort is best for families and couples away from the hustle and bustle and crowds.

Its located at a 15 minutes walking distance from Kamala Beach. Staff, rooms and food is top notch. Would love to visit again.

I went for my honeymoon and it was better than my expectations. The breakfast buffet was really amazing. The service was very friendly. Definitely a place to be.

Stayed for 3 days, located near Kamala beach, nice resort. Food quality for Indian food was not upto mark. Cleanliness is also an issue. Not worth of 5 star as they claimed.

The staff and food VARITY and the taste specially indian was just amazing. Over all is value for money
