We reached at midnight and we asked for the reservation and they said that they didn’t receive any booking and we have to adjust in one room with seven people.

We spent 4 nights at bauman residence and had a mediocre experience. While the rooms were spacious and clean, several aspects fell short of expectations. _pros_
- spacious rooms
- cleanliness was well-maintained
- beach towels provided _cons_
- dull lighting in rooms
- room location far from lobby entrance
- 15-20 minute walk from patong beach

Baumen residency. Comfort-stay

Superb hotel, we got elite family suite which had 2 rooms along with a small sittingroom/drawingroom. Good service from the reception staff and other personnel. Perfect location as it's walking distance to the beach and bangla market. Breakfast had a wide selection from thai food to indian and continental as well. While my child enjoyed the pool we enjoyed the bar attached to it.

I stayed at bauman residence for 2 nights. The stay was very comfortable. The location of the property is very nice. Patong beach is walking distance (7-8 minutes walk). Also there was few good good indian restaurants nearby on the way to the patong beach. Bangla road is also walking distance (around 10 minutes walk. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

The good things: located at the heart of the city, friendly staff, rooms are clean and room service is exceptional, pool is great. The not so okay things: u can't expect a great infrastructure, breakfast available after 11am which is too late. U get warm water for bath, not hot water. But it was a good experience!
