The room was very small and untidy there were ants around the kitchen area, the food was very pathetic

Given room beside of hotel. It’s there premises but no service for luggage carrier. And it is out side entry from reception. Even they shows swimming pool in picture, bit who have booked deluxe room they have entry from out side. It is not much convenient for who have booked deluxe room.

It's almost like a luxury stay on a budget. Amazing spa, the gym is small but good. The housekeeping is prompt. The restaurant service is great. The property is just at a walking distance from patong beach. The poolside has a bar a nice spot to chill. I would definitely book a stay here again

The location is great, it's 7 to 8 minutes walk to patong beach and rooms are very neat and the break fast spread was also good

The hotel was good and the breakfast was also nice.The location is a bit away from the main area so by walk it may seem far.Pool was really beautiful but the service was average,no bell boy at time of checkout and we needed to carry the luggage ourselves.

Hotel is nice breakfast was good and the f&b manager was the best staff at the hotel. It is american restaurant still he gave us many veg options daily on our request. Pool is good and clean. Rooms are spacious. Just few issues like housekeeping refused to give toothpaste one second day they gave a very small paste which got finished in 2 days then they refused give new one. Location is far from min market 20 mins walk and no shared transport is available from the location but you can book hotels shuttle in one day advance.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

We stayed in grand deluxe suite for 5 days. Room was clean and spacious with a balcony in this price range. Nicely managed property and also nearby to patong beach, kalim beach & bangla street. Manager ning is very kind and understands all your concerns very well. Overall, good experience and budget friendly.

Weird air conditioning

1. There were two air conditioners in the room, but somehow suddenly it would feel hot in the middle of the night and would actually sweat. Sleep quality affected. 2. The room itself was partitioned into a bedroom and a sort of living room section. But overall felt less spacious. 3. For some weird reason, the access card key for the room kept getting disabled. A minor inconvenience. 4. Not much thai options with breakfast.

Don’t ever stay here. Worst place or i can say if you trips going great this place will make it worst. Very rude staff specially at reception and buffet section. When they don’t wanna help the just say, we will inform the manager.
