We had a 3 night’s stay at sawaddi patong. The property is perfectly located on a walking distance from the patong beach. Rooms are good. Service is good. Breakfast spread was nice. The pool area is the best part of the property. Overall it was a good experience.

Stay was great. We booked superior room which was spacious and comes with a balcony. Bathroom was neat and clean. Pool side area is good to relax. It is quite close to patong beach, walkable.

Poor cleanliness stay not worth the money spent

Check-in was smooth, the room wasn’t as described as shown in the pictures. In terms of cleanliness of the room, i would rate them poor, the bed linen had a few strands of hair. Some of the lights of the room weren’t working, and the air conditioner wasn’t effective as it hadn’t been serviced. On the first day, there was no hot water, after sometime it started coming automatically, the drainage in the bathroom stopped working and the water was overflowing. The towels are pretty old and don’t really seem clean. The toiletries isn’t of good quality either. Coming to the breakfast, the breakfast isn’t great either, not many options, if you want to get something made in egg, be prepared to stand in a long queue. Breakfast closes at 10:30, and after 9:45am the staff stops to refill the breakfast items and you just need to grab whatever is leftover. Overall, the property is not worth the money spent and i would strongly suggest to go for a different property than this. I’m really particular about the cleanliness of the room, hence, for me to see those few strands of hair on the bed linen was a complete bummer.

Attach twin beds to make a double bed, very uncomfortable. No proper room service, no coffee mugs provided.

Rooms are too small, vegetarian breakfast very limited. Location @1 km from beach, bangla market and mall, but not in good area

Property is hygienic, beds were good. Staff was helpful. Food was average. Location wise its quite good not very far from market and bangla street good 10 min walk.

The hotel has two pools, you can have decent breakfast same like other hotels. There were two 7/11 stores in a walkable distance. And mainly patong beach or bangla road is 15 min walk

Had a most memorable and wonderful stay at the sawaddi patong resort. The staff was very professional and courteous and ensured a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is excellent with just a short walk to the market and patong beach. The food was delicious and just outstanding.

Resort is clean, good and properly maintained. Breakfast is not that good. One curry of indian food is available. Staff is helpful and resort has luggage storage facility.

Located not too far from patong bangla road. Easy accessible to nearby beaches. Studio room are of decent size. Breakfast has vast variety but nothing indian on menu. Staf if very helpful.
