The room was so-so but toiletry (soap, shampoo, tooth brush, tooth paste etc) not provided. Toiletry already has been written in booking. But they refused to provide. Also ac was not cooling well. Geyser not working condition

It was a very good stay experience, the service is very good. They even let you keep your bags if you need to go somewhere without any charge. The rooms are very big and there is private pool access as well. The property is very big and the area is also good.

The hotel staff was not at all helpful, they have over booked the rooms and given different room than what we booked, they said it's upgrade but it's not, the room was avarage and nothing works there. Phone doesn't work, taps make noises, hot water not coming, they didn't even provide any toiletries. Staff didn't help in this at all.

Experience is bad they don’t have much amenities to give you staff is rude and no one is there to shift your luggages to room and even checkout time without your permission they came to your room and pack your bags without notice

Horrible. The staffs are not friendly. Even for checkin you have to wait for 10 to 20 minutes. Conversing in english is really challenging and whenever you approach the front desk the front guys won’t look at your face! not approachable not friendly and rude! we logged in at 1 am and we had to wait for 20 minutes not even welcomed properly and gave us stinky room (may be paint ) smell!

Good place to stay. Spacious room. Maintained well. Small bathroom but it is clean. Clean and well maintained swimming pool for 15 rooms.

Location is fine however rooms are pathetic. Toilet’s are old fashion. Breakfast has very limited options. It keeps disconnecting and you have to keep connecting again and again.

Terrible experience. The resort is a basic one with low quality installations in the rooms. They did not even have the basic toiletries in the bathrooms. Only one litre water per room was given, rest was on a chargeable basis. The restaurant functioned only during breakfast time and was not friendly for vegetarians.

location is nice. Indian restaurant is nearby. Hygienically clean. The room is spacious and has a really nice view. It is also very peaceful.

The staff was very rude. They have given the room in front of their store room. No loileteries provided. The side area was like dumpyard and when we requested to change they said no. In th breakfast when we asked if any vegetarian food is available they very rudy behave. The property was ok but not the staff
