Location is the only good thing I can think of is good about the property other things are externally poor .

medina.familyNov 17, 2021 The hotel was close enough to town and rooms are decent. There was a mis-advertisement regarding the room. I booked a grand suite (hot tub, 1 double bed and 2 single beds). There was no hot tub or 2 single beds. There was only a partial sea view.
When I asked for a downgrade, I was told I cannot get any refund as I already paid a very low price for the grand suite.
Also, kindly do not go to Soho club as suggested by the staff - total scam and fraud!
Breakfast - disappointing to be honest. Only thing I could eat was the bread and turkish tea. Cold and laid out from 8.00 - 11am.
Spa is moderately decent - nothing wow about it.
The staff is excellent and home from home. The spa is wonderful. The breakfast is very Turkish. The rooms are cleaned everyday, the beach is a short walk away. I would definitely go back to and stay. I also recommend this as a place to stay. Location has many restaurants and a shopping centre. I loved the night staff, thank you and to the day staff. The man and woman that made my stay feel like home.

Excelente accomadotation, very well located. Just steps from a very good private beach. Just the pool is small and closes 8 PM
This hotel is absolutely great. We were staying there for 10 days. The hotel design is very nice and the rooms are new. It is small, warm and with a good positive vibe inside. There is a small swimming pool in the front, which is absolutely amazing in the evening to have a drink next to it... Very friendly staff, always ready to help you. Whatever we needed it they helped us. The closest public beach is a 5min walk, or you can use a different option, a private beach club BLM beach and the entrance is 30TL (which is about 3£) and you get a discount from the reception. Also a towel. The hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants, markets and within 15min walking distance from the big shopping centre Terra city. For those who love this type of hotel, I would highly recommend it!
james.friendsOct 17, 2020 Very deceiving from its pictures, the pool looks like the sun will be hitting you but they have it covered with seating area. Staff member barred us from the pool because we was “too loud” but we never got told once that we was making too much noise in reality he barred us because we didnt book transport to Marmaris with his “friend” very intimidating male staff. Breakfast isn’t worth getting out of bed for

Fantastic Birthday celebration in a chic hotel
We had a fantastic 7 night stay in the king suite, the views from the balcony were spectacular. The weather was perfect. The staff made my Birthday celebration so special especially Isabella and a lovely domestic staff lady who were so warm and friendly. The jacuzzi was great overlooking the sea view. I would recommend this hotel anytime.
Very nice well appointed boutique hotel. Spa and treatment excellent. No complaints. Management and staff very friendly and helpful. True value for money.
In general it was good. Their beach (they don't have their own beach, but they use another which is private) was not the best, even though they let us in for free.
The view from the room is not the best sea view for a Grand Suite.
Overwhelming smell of mold in the room. Hot room with tiny ac.
We immediately left and booked another room. Do not stay here.

A modern, clean hotel only 30minutes from the airport. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The steamroom, sauna and Turkish bath use was included in the realistic price and the Turkish breakfast was good and plentiful. Valet carparking include. Many good price restaurants close by. Sound Burger was the best I have ever had!! Will be using the Wise Hotel whenever I use Antalya Airport. There was no sea view but every thing else first class

We book the best room in the hotel , the king suite . Hotel not as good as looks like in the picture . Reception staff were not so friendly , we have been ask to change rooms in the mid of the stay even we book the same room in four days , there are people opening our door while we were sleeping using the key without knocking! Really scary ! And leave without apology . Shower room was nearly broken, drainage were really bad, after shower the water flows everywhere in the toilet. And the daily cleaning is not good ,rubbish and dirty wine glasses not been taking away after four days . Not recommending at all!
