I booked two nights in this hotel. Rooms look ok but smoking is aloud in the rooms. Heavy smell of smoke sinked on curtains,bed fabric etc, which is a torcher for a non smoker.. I couldn't stay or sleep in the room, they offered to clean the room next morning but room needs more than cleaning for smell to go away.. It is not aloud to smoke indoors in Turkey which is ironic.
I left following morning and didn't get a refund for the second day to a non smoking hotel.
Very unique and comfortable. Staff is spectacular!
I like your hotel. Room is nice and relax. Next time i will visit again.

Odalar gayet konforlu ve hijyen koşuldaydı. Artık İstanbul'a geldiğimde nerede konaklama yapacağımızı düşünmek zorunda olmayacağım için çok mutluyum.

Location. Good staff. but they did not bring the towel that I ask for. Buy at the check in he was very attractive and helpful.
Very clean and super friendly, helpful staff. You can’t ask for a better location. The hotel is near everything you may want.

Einfach nur ekelhaft, alles unheimlich dreckig, Schimmel usw. eine Unterkunft die ich niemanden empfehlen könnte. Habe mich vollkommen geekelt.

A hotel in the center of the city, the rooms are the same as in the photo, the staff is friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied, I will choose this hotel again in my next visit to Istanbul :)
Oda çok pis idi belki otelin en kötü özelliği olabilir. İlk defa bir otelde yarım, açılmış tuvalet kağıdı koyulduğunu gördüm. Jakuziden saç çıktı ve temiz değildi keza lavabolarda öyle. Ses yalıtımı iyi değildi. Oda telefonu çalışmıyordu. Tam bir fiyasko olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Fotoğraflara aldanıp konaklama yapmanızı tavsiye etmem

hatice.partnerNov 15, 2022 The room was very dirty and old. There was dust and hair everywhere and the towels werent white anymore and didnt smell clean. The jakuzzi was nice and worked very well. When we checked out the staff asked for a 5 star rating without even asking our experience.
