Receptionist pauline is an asset to this hotel. She is one of the best receptionists i have ever seen. Treating the guest in a professional way, easy to speak. Attention to detail. One of the best staff of this hotel.
-the washroom door wasn’t closing -netflix was not working had no entertainment -late response from reception

Could be better. Was better last time. Poor in terms of supplies of towels, tea-coffee. etc. Good breakfast, better than last time, especially ambiance.

It’s a good business hotel in near to abu dhabi bus station, has restaurants around and madinat zayat complex with lulu in just 150 meters away. We had a good pleasant stay i have stayed in this property in 2011 and must say everything is just fresh and new.

It is easily accessible from main road. Neat and clean hotel. Price is high sometimes but that was due to ongoing cricket season. Overall good stay

I stayed at Cristal and I found it impeccable be it service, comfort or location. The staff were smart and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel.

Had an awesome trip. Had prompt services. Great view of the skyscrapers. Too many dust particles floating.
