Everything thing was good except they made me wait 20 mins in the lobby because they said the hotel is fully booked and they didn't receive my booking and later asking for extra money and the lady at the counter was not very welcoming

Booked king bed but gave twin bed, twin bed is cheaper then king bed, even high i booked king bed but they give twin bed

Reasonably priced hotel, but the furniture is old and dirty The receptionists do not have the tact to speak In general a C hotel but the price may be an attraction

Hotel ramada, its a good experience in my kife. 2 days i was there, good communication, service - fast services, cleanings is awesome. I suggest to family and couples for a good stay

The location was very good because is inside good area and around the hotel i could find every thing that i needed. I didn't eat food, but i liked services, even at midnight i needed water, very fast they came. At all the behavior of staff is so kindly. Thank you so much.

There were some construction with too much noise inside room beside dust all over window and balcony, the main waste pipe was going directly through my room balcony beside the room smells very bad it was the mix of smoking, humidity and other bad smell,

20 april 2023 and it's our 25th wedding anniversary and we renewed our vows. Ramada doesn't know that it's our anniversary, on check-in time our room got upgraded and it was a wonderful gift to us, when ramada knew then they made a simple complimentary for us that makes us special. It was an excellent stay, staff are so friendly and accommodating specially to ms. Amina she's so approachable and we feel so at home. And we enjoyed the food is so delicious. This is one of our memorable moments. Thank you ramada and thank you makemytrip.

Even after a perfect stay i am giving one star less because i am not traveling to this same hotel again for a simple reason i saw a pakistani flag but the indian flag was not there which was there in all ajman hotels.
