Danat Al Ain Resort

Stayed there with my husband for valentine's and I was deeply disappointed with the pool being under construction which was not informed to us. The receptionist simply informed us at the time of check-in and the pool area was one of the main reasons that we booked this resort. When we complained about not ring updated about it earlier, she simply said 'oh sorry.' the intercom never worked. Impossible to get through for any service requests. The washroom didn't have dental kits. There was way too much dust and dirt on the carpets, obviously, they don't clean or vacuum regularly. No, a la cart menu was available as it was valentines! Had to eat from the buffet set menu which was overpriced. In all our stay was below average and I won't be going here again.

Comfortable stay. Good reception desk, easily check in and got room update also staff person.
Special to mention person at the reception desk. He made our check in very comfortable. We had reached at Danat Al Ain Resort around 3.30 pm and got to know the rooms are under cleaning. It took swift action and got them cleaned quickly and also upgraded our stay from standard to executive suite.

Al aim is not visited frequently by fellow Indian travellers. But it's a hidden gem and Dakar Al Ain has the treasure to it. 5 star property. Very reasonably priced and certainly my best stay in 7 day a trip. Had a plan room only hence couldn't experience the breakfast spread. The pool was huge and they had Jacuzzi as well.

It is best place for spend time with family. The kids like swimming pool so much and excellent entertainment at pool areas. The breakfast hall service people are very much kind and taking care. They really satisfy everyone.

The facilities is very good the accommodation is also very good and the staff is very accommodating and very nice location.
