The Best part I liked about the Best Western Plus Pearl Creek is the excellent roof top restaurant and a swimming pool. Nice spot to relax and soothe your mind and body. Lovely room. Lovely was room. Excellent connectivity to transport. Superb place outside for a morning jog. I loved all and the price of the Best Western Plus Pearl Creek was extremely good.

Friends this was my 6th trip to Dubai and this was the best trip I have been to. Hotel location was great creek facing and the service was very good and staff also very cooperative, stay was very comfortable. It is located in the heart of the city. Reception people were also very polite and good. Metro station just 2 minutes walk. Overall a great stay.

The city of dubai is no doubt a city of dreams with it's marvelous infrastructure and amusement facilities the stay at pearl creek was plea-sent it has a very good location and one enjoys the scenic view of creek from the Best Western Plus Pearl Creek room but we were really upset with there breakfast which was monotonous and not at all upto the mark.

This time I was pretty much happy with the service of the Best Western Plus Pearl Creek staff and reception people. Hotel is located very near to the market area. Concierge staff was very cooperative specially Naseer. Service was also good. I give 5 stars to my this trip, as I was not happy in my last trip in October. Thanks

The Best Western Plus Pearl Creek is located at an amazing location and is pocket friendly, there rooftop restaurant is open till 6 am in the morning and serve an amazing sheets. The Best Western Plus Pearl Creek staff is friendly and all the local markets are nearby. Must try their Falooda. Overall value for money.

I stayed for 1 day, as couple with my love, and got very good facility experience. But not able to contact reception or anyone else within Best Western Plus Pearl Creek through room landline. Only 406 was able to connect very easily. Needs suggestion for smoking zone before our next visit.

Overall the stay was good but the staff did not provide us the front facing room even though it was available. They are more concerned about walk-in guest then to provide us what was needed. But the location of the Best Western Plus Pearl Creek is very good

Travel desk Mr. Mubashir was very helpful and arranged our entire trip in a professional manner.
During check in we were allowed a room but the room was not cleaned from previous check out. They had to again allocate a different room.

Didn't get spoons for making Tea but its alright.
