Staff is extremely well trained, they take care of your needs. Breakfast is amazing and they ask for coffee and tea at regular times. The most amazing things about this Dukes The Palm- A Royal Hideaway Hotel is it’s pool and the view from it. You can see the marina sky line, and ain dubai. You can literally spend a whole week in this Dukes The Palm- A Royal Hideaway Hotel without even going outside. The management is very skilled, have attention to detail. We stayed at dukes the palm for 5n/6d and it was a wonderful experience. The property is vast with its own private beach, large indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a very tempting lazy river. Gym on 15th floor is very nice and has fantastic view of eye of dubai. Khybar indian restaurant is very cozy with delectable indian dishes. We had booked the premium studio that has 2 baths with a kitchenette, balcony, living area and large double bed. It was value for money stay. Highly recommended to couples and families.

Everything was so wonderful here. Location, private Beach, staff, rooms. I have only one suggestion to improve the breakfast quality and variety. A lot of repetition in bread varieties. Perfect stay with complete privacy and beautiful Beach

The staff in duke the palm where very much friendly specially mr. Mansoor/ ms. Melody, the room was upgraded with my request for better palm view and hospitality by the whole staff was wonderful, definitely i will visit again.

This property was fabulous, great beach. The rooms were big and clean. The food wa excellent and the pools both indoor and the outdoor infinity pools were super chill. This was the best part of our trip.
