Location is good. It is close to central city by car 15-20 minutes. Wide roads both sides. Food is excellent for indian taste. Enough number of restaurants / eateries within the Grand Excelsior Hotel Bur Dubai providing wide choice for indian european. Good bar and good breakfast. Reception is helpful. I couldn’t find anything to complain in my last 2 stays and this time with a colleague as well. They gave me early checking and late checkout both times. Overall very satisfied.

Rooms are premium and clean. Staff are also good and prompt. Food option was decent- indian and continental buffet spread goid for breakfast, specially the continental had some unique items. Very good location with a supermarket just 2 buildings away and many eateries around including another Grand Excelsior Hotel Bur Dubai next door with decent food.

Rooms are good with all the necessary amenities be it tea coffee maker, washroom is also spacious with hair dryer and toiletries kit. However bath tub is not so well maintained and faced hygiene issue. Morning buffet breakfast is one such area which demands a good scope for improvement. Varities are very less. Especially for vegetarian indian food.

Food i suggest b town indian bistro in the same Grand Excelsior Hotel Bur Dubai building its amazing. Stay is pretty good rooms are good hot water always and pretty nice staff. The basement parking smells a bit but always has parking available. Other than that pretty great !

Hotel is good everything is perfect but they do not provide pure checkin before the time as they mention at per availability they will provide even staff and have 30 dram charges hidden at the time of checkin
