Infrastructure of Grand Mercure Dubai City was good. Good staff and good behaviour. But service was slow because of less number of workers. We didn't enjoyed complimentary breakfast which is a negative part of Grand Mercure Dubai City. Normally most of the Grand Mercure Dubai Citys are having complementary breakfast. But it was not available in this Grand Mercure Dubai City. Overall, the Grand Mercure Dubai City deserve a 5 star rating with suggestion to increase the service staff and complementary breakfast.

Hotel is near to airport and deira city centre but far away from all possible visiting locations of dubai. Staff named joe, erika in f&b, meenakshi in housekeeping were excellent and always eager to serve with smile and laughs however courtesy behaviour among Grand Mercure Dubai City reception & security needs improvement though. Breakfast would look monotonous and with limited choices if one has stay for longer periods. Rooms are fantastically arranged and are pretty modern.

Ticks all boxes for a fun staycation with friends. Nearby metro station makes it easy to access the Grand Mercure Dubai City. We enjoyed the aesthetics and cleanliness of the room and the staff are friendly and accomodating. I loved the glass surface pool at the rooftop. However we were disappointed with the lack of selection on breakfast, paying extra for breakfast isn't value for money.

One word wow awesome Grand Mercure Dubai City in dubai. Super clean fantastic interior beautiful decor. I book 5 Grand Mercure Dubai City but this one is unique. Near by metro station and 3 pakistani restaurant all thing was awesome complimentary tea and dates free airport shuttle every one hour. Front desk manege r sued was also awesome. Thanks make my trip

I recently had the pleasure of staying at grand mercure and i must say, it was an exceptional experience. The staff was very warm at welcoming us. The room itself was immaculate, with modern decor and all the amenities i could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Special thanks to dinesh for assisting us.

The Grand Mercure Dubai City and staff was up to the mark, it left a mark on us in terms of the room quality and the service. Worth every penny spent and would definitely recommend for those who are travel-ling to dubai and looking stay closer to airport

Stayed for 2 nights. We had a pleasant stay. Good Grand Mercure Dubai City with spacious room. Excellent views of the flights take off but without sounds as the windows are well insulated. Complimentary breakfast was excellent quality.

One of the best place to stay, the staffs are really good. All the facilities are nearby like metro station, medical, atm etc. Well maintained pool. Food was good. Overall i would give 4. 5/5

The Grand Mercure Dubai City location is best and it’s walking distance away from airport. While the food menu is very limited, you can find a lot of restaurants around the property!

we stayed comfortable and the service was great all staff are accomodating though we have little bit problem on laundry but they fixed it well . will surely comeback..

Very slow processing during check in. And all reception looks so tired and irritated but swimming pool is good. Rooms are not sound proof at all
