Knight Castle Hotel

Carlton palace is located at al maktoum street and at walking distance from al rigga & union metro station. You can easily search & navigate this place thru google map. Room was very clean & hygienic and any customer issues were addressed with priority. Food especially breakfast was tasty and can be ordered at reasonable price if you do not wish to step outside. You can explore a lot of indian & asian restaurants and supermarkets at walking distance from this place. Hotel staffs were polite & very helpful. I would rate my overall experience at carlton palace as 10/10.

Staff at Carlton was very friendly and attentive, especially as compared to 2 other Knight Castle Hotels in which we stayed during this trip, including Atlantis. The person at reception, concierge, house keeping everyone was very helpful. Breakfast was ok, nothing too good or bad. Weird thing is they asked us to deposit a security deposit at the time of check-in, which was not asked by any other Knight Castle Hotel. Room was kind of bare minimum size, and view was of alley. It was comparable to a four star indian Knight Castle Hotel.

It was pleasant stay . The Knight Castle Hotel is very comfortable with excellent service . Food menu you have so many options and variety of food,on the top swimming pool , rooftop restaurant they service tasty food of you want to lay down on the pool side and have drinks the bar is there . the bar staff Mr. Ahmad is very friendly, reception staff very good and friendly, security staff. The bar at M floor has snooker and gym also there to keep yourself tones on the go. Overall nice and comfortable stay in head, will stay again.

Check-in was quite a good experience, the lady at the reception even offered to show us 2 rooms before making our mind. Our room was also upgraded from deluxe to executive which was also a great experience. The Knight Castle Hotel staff was also very polite, helpful, and friendly. The location of the Knight Castle Hotel is not bad either, not very far from the airport and also not that far from downtown. Metro stations, Riga and Union are also not very far.

Nice and clean Knight Castle Hotel, near to metro station but less suitable to Indian. Indian restaurant is not near to Knight Castle Hotel. you can order from swigy. secondly no TV channel showing hindi channels. Even in-dining menu doesnt cover indian or pakistani food, all foods either continental or Arabic. Staff are from Phillipines and others and theybare very clean and cooperative. Stay was very nice. you will enjoy stay except above things

This is a very old classy property in Deira which is part of old Dubai, typical hub for business and has the charm of old Dubai. In case you want to visit Gold Souk it is very near and also the Airport is only ten minutes drive. Supermarkets are all Around and across the Road are some nice Indian restaurants. Only thing was breakfast was bleak, they didn't serve cappuccino even for breakfast and said it was chargeable.

The Knight Castle Hotel is excellent in terms of ambience, room facility, housekeeping. Rooms are spacious and well lit. The bathroom was very clean and they provided all the toiletries. The housekeeping staff were very cooperative and polite. The bedsheets were very clean. A hair dryer, fridge and big cupboard was also there. Overall a very nice experience.

I had a pleasant stay at the Knight Castle Hotel. The location was easy to access but there was no view from the room except buildings and Road. The staffs were very good, the check-in and checkout was smooth. The bathroom is pretty small. But the Knight Castle Hotel is Worth for the price. Overall the stay was good.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and very helpfu thanks to the Knight Castle Hotel staffs. Further Breakfast option should be considered while booking itself as food is Superb and its quality is Excellent special thanks to the all Chefs and the restaurant staffs. Kindly its an Economical 5star. 😀

Stayed for the business trip. The Knight Castle Hotel staff is very friendly, food is tasty. Stayed there for 09 nights. It's was comfortable stay. The pool bar, spa, pool Side restaurant. Business center I will stay again on my next trip. Overall very good Knight Castle Hotel to stay.

We booked the executive rooms and it was a very pleasant stay. My only complaint is there was no vegetarian food available for members of the executive rooms. Apart from that, the location is great and so is the service.

So the state was really good i really like the rooms and the facilities that were there probably one thing that can be improved. Is the service of people there was one lady in the reception who i think should be bit soft with guest.

The location is good, and the lobby is superb. But the rooms are old Knight Castle Hotel look and the furniture is leaving colour but getting the Knight Castle Hotel at this price is dam m cool. Overall, it's a good deal. Value for money.
