Landmark Grand Hotel

Hotel location is good with an easy access to union metro and bus station. Property is good and the staff also was nice. Rooms need to be upgraded as it’s getting normal wear and tear because of the usage by different guest and age of Landmark Grand Hotel. Only problem we faced was when we came to check in the 1st day we reached around 11pm night and the door of the room was not working as the battery of sensors was low. It took 30 mins to fix after that our room phone was not working. They need to check all these before guest comes that too this late and they have enough time to check. But overall for this price range it’s a good choice.

The location of the Landmark Grand Hotel is excellent. It is 2 minutes walking distance from the main street. The area around the Landmark Grand Hotel is very lively and is always bustling with crowds. There are a lot of places to eat nearby and the metro station is just a minute’s walk away. The service in the Landmark Grand Hotel is very good except the one chef who was making breakfast omlette on my last day. He seemed to be asking guests from some countries about their preferences and ignoring some people. It seemed a bit annoying. But everything else was good. The rooms could be fixed a little better.

I got my voucher in make my trip and booked over night stay for 153aed with breakfast for 2, then we pay 15aed for city tax wehen w e reached there. That is a good deal for this whole stay. The location is very accessible, it is 3 minutes walk from metro train station (union), they are offering lot of amenities too, like swimming pool, gym, and if you like spa, sauna, and jacussi you need to pay extra. For food, the main course is not good, but i enjoyed their hot choco and coffee, desserts and breads. Overall all, our stay in landmark grand Landmark Grand Hotel is very good.

Hospitality was just okay. We got a room in which AC was just fixed at 22, upon complaining we were just given option to change our room next day, which was actually our check-out day. We had to stay in cold room during our entire stay of 3 days. They didn't even provide slippers and free water was restricted to just 1 liter for 2 people, which is unexpected for such price. Breakfast spread was good though.

Nice stay, great location. Placed at a walking distance from Union station which has both red and green line. 10 minutes from airport, you can even take metro from airport.
The room was spacious enough. Bathroom had a bath tub. But it didn't have any good view from the windows. Walking distance from Union station.

Our stay was very pleasant and calm. The food was very good. The staff is very helpful and the service is very quick and good. The location is at the old dubai city and a line of good restaurants and stores is nearby. Union metro station and al rigga metro station is at walking distance.

Nice Landmark Grand Hotel. Location is very close to union metro station and opposite to al guhrair mall. Rooms are nice and spacious. The staff is quite helpful too. Buffet options for breakfast, lunch and dinner are nice too. Overall a nice place for business as well as casual stay

It’s a very good Landmark Grand Hotel with quite good location. The rooms are quite big and spacious. The house keeping staff is wonderful. The location is very central close to metro and bus stop and al ghurair mall and day to day market. It is a family friendly Landmark Grand Hotel

It was an excellent stay and recommend place for family. The location was very near to union metro station which makes it very convenient for us to take public transport. Even buses are available to places like global village. Access to swimming pool and sauna was a plus.

Rooms were nice and clean had all the amenities as mentioned location was very near to metro cons housekeeping/reception often tend to forget and miss one or other things that are needed. They forgot towels water bottles, cleaning, refilling of coffee etc
