We were supposed to check in at 3pm but since they saw that we have our baby with us, they were very considerate and mindful to let us check in at 1pm coz we arrived early. They didnt let us wait in the lobby as there is an ongoing renovation of the Majestic City Retreat Hotel Bur Dubai from the lobby area. This is the little inconvenience I saw and I was thinking I should've booked before or after their renovation if I only knew, coz I was thinking to walk around my toddler in the lobby area on the lean hours. The room was clean. Only the toilet was little bit smelly from the time we came i dont know if its some kind of chemical they put or the toilet was old. Housekeeping could have provided freshener for that like in any other Majestic City Retreat Hotel Bur Dubais. Swimming pool was very clean and staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Will surely go back again as my toddler loved the experience there ❤️ I highly recommend Majestic Hotel especially to families coz its a child-friendly Majestic City Retreat Hotel Bur Dubai.

During my recent stay at-majestic city retreat, i was very skeptical given my first trip in the country and booking through third part application. To my surprise and comfort, my stay was very pleasant. Everything was better than expected, starting from check in to check out. Hotel staff took care of everything and was very calm, polite and friendly. Specifically. Mr. Alex; he personally assured that all things were as per my specifications and requests. His commitment to client satisfaction is impeccable. He made me feel like home and ensured a permanent customer for all my future trips. I will soon be revisiting and will book the same place for sure. Thanks to alex and the entire staff.

Great stay at the Majestic City Retreat Hotel Bur Dubai. Located in close proximity to all the attractions & market place and on main road which makes it easier to grab a taxi and bus. Majestic team is very helpful and supportive. My father lost his phone but security person john and jimmy provide lot of assistance and was able to get it back. Coming to the Majestic City Retreat Hotel Bur Dubai it provide almost all facilities and have approx 4 pubs inside it with amazing crowd. Pool area is superb and room was great as from the room we can see dubai frame and burj khalifa. Will make sure to stay in same Majestic City Retreat Hotel Bur Dubai on next visit.

The Majestic City Retreat Hotel Bur Dubai is on the main road and it is at a walking distance to sharif dg metro station. They have valet parking available. There’s a sundowner, sheesha lounge, club, pub and a gift shop as well in the Majestic City Retreat Hotel Bur Dubai. For shopping, burjuman mall is only one metro station away. The room was spacious with a balcony and the housekeeping staff came in everyday to clean the room. The only problem is if you order anything from the restaurant, it is chargeable, even an empty plate and cutlery.

The Majestic City Retreat Hotel Bur Dubai is very conveniently located, almost all the tourist attractions are close by (except palm island/marina dhow cruise, and has a supermarket just next to it. Our room (family suite) was very spacious and comfortable. The buffet spread at breakfast was quite good. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Special mention to mr. Sobuj who helped us everyday at breakfast, very nice guy!

It Was a Nice Experience Of Majestic Hotel Top Floor View, Night View is the Main Thing it was Amazing & Surprised View of full of lights, Good and Clean Rooms, one of The Best Pubs Also Available This Hotel, Here Barells is the Best Pub & Sports Bar. In Mankhool Area , Bur Dubai . & Also 24 Hours Room Service is Available Here, Good Services & Reception Staffs Are So Good Behaviour, Especially Receptionist Staff Kim is the Good & Ee Got Best Service. We had the best stay at this Majestic City Retreat Hotel Bur Dubai and the cherry on the cake was, we could see dubai frame and burj khalifa from our balcony. Sharif dg metro station (green line) is about 700 meters and indian restaurants like sarvana bhavan and atithi are also close by. I am happy with my stay and would recommend to those who are planning to stay in bur dubai on their visit. All the staff members from reception to house keeping are really professional and helpful.

A very nice Majestic City Retreat Hotel Bur Dubai in middle of the city, it has a award winning greek restaurant. The room was very clean and had a balcony which had a breath taking view of dubai. Breakfast was good and liked the mango yogurt. It has a swimming pool too which is nicely maintained. The Majestic City Retreat Hotel Bur Dubai staff is also cordial. In all its a value for money Majestic City Retreat Hotel Bur Dubai and good to pick up this spot.

Neat and clean room's and food is also good staff is very helpful too. The only problem tourists face is waiting time for the lift.

Every thing is fine but bathrooms are leaking we have change room after 2 days but another room having also same problem. In first 2 days stay in room wwe have found cockroach also. Staff is very good and friendly.

I had a great stay here, all the staff where very helpful and loved the room. The nightlife is fantastis as well with a choice of great night clubs/bars. The property is well placed close to shopping and food.

The rooms were so clean and neat, premium rooms. Location was easy to find 10 mins walk from metro. Check in time should be adjusted. 3 pm normal checkin should be reduced to 12 oru 1 atleast. Other than that 100 of 100.
