It's new property developed and so the surroundings are yet to be developed, need more improvisation for the rooms, food quality has to be improved, location is far away from any point of tourist attraction, taxis are arranged, plus point is only view of Dubai skyline.

Location was good near to al jaddaf metro of 15 min walk next to Palette Royal Reflections Hotel and Spa Dubai there was supermarket n resturant also, so we dint need to go far for utilities, Palette Royal Reflections Hotel and Spa Dubai breakfast was amazing for indian.
