Hair blower was not available, and water was not replenished on the 2nd day. Location was very good

Location - the location of the property is good. It's at a walkable distance from mashreq metro and mall of emirates. There are restaurants, grocery stores and car rentals at a walkable distance. Staff - the staff is well mannered and helpful. The provided quick resolution to any queries. Room - we were allocated the room in the front with balcony. The view from the room is good. The room was spacious and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with necessary crockery and equipment. Although, the cooktop was slow and takes time to cook food. Good quality of toiletries were provided. The living room was spacious. Would recommend this property. If you are booking from make my trip, confirm the amount payable at the time of checkin directly from the property, as mm t shows the amount to be less then what will be actually charged at the property. I had to pay double the city tax and haven't got a resolution from mm t even after multiple follow-ups for more than 10 days.

The front desk staff were rude and they charged me extra for linen cleaning during checkout. I thought the hotel was supposed to do their own laundry

Hello it was a good experience to stay with the aauris hotel so hopefully next time we will book again this hotel.
