Uncomfortable reception at front desk

Reception staff were rude and kept asking why did i book for a night stay while i am emirati! i told them that my flight is at 7 am and i came the night before to avoid leaving my city at 2/3am as it is some 150km away. They were not convinced until i told them i will contact make my trip. This is the first time it happens to me in my life.

If you have a long layover and are not able to get hold of uae visa then this place is a real saver. Easy accessible in all terminals. Food is really good overall service is really good

Little pricey and the only option within the airport

I was force to stay at airport due to connectivity and ek flight availability. Room was avg, clean and continent. This hotel is the only option to stay within the airport. Price is little high $200+ per night w/o breakfast compare to hotels vicinity to airport where within $100 easily can get one with breakfast.
There’s no limitation or control in the lift for guests, suggest to keep some control on the guests during this pandemic period.

Directions to the hotel from concourse were not clear. Hotel staff was not courteous. Request for drinking water in room was met in about 1 hour.

Very convenient as its inside Airport and has easy access. Price is however on higher Side and for facilities being give, may be kept less.

For transit through Dubai this is the best option to stay at the Airport if u have Long layovers.

Perfect for overnight transit (if you don't want to step out into Dubai)

No one at the Airport knew about the hotel so needed 20 minutes to kind the hotel.
Difficult to find the Hotel. Not enough signages in the Airport.

Great location, there is a hotel in each terminal. The staff was very courteous. The bed was very comfortable. They schedule a wake up call so you font miss the connecting flight. Excellent facilities in the room.

Booking this hotel is like cheating your customers

The Hotel is not fit for regular travelers. You cannot enter the Hotel, as this is inside emigration counters. BOOKING THIS HOTEL IS LIKE CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS. MAKE MY TRIP MUST WARN ITS Customers before booking such hotels. WE Could not enter the Hotel and all our plans messed up no one from hotel was in position to help, its a waste of money.

We were received at arrival from hotel executive. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was ready and clean. It’s the best option for long layovers and business travel. All basic amenities are available

Misleading

Skipped the hotel and booked somethong else. Need to be clear about hotel on website that it is only for transit passengers. Total misleading and complete fraud. Me and many other lost our money just because there is no imformation about hotel anywhere that how to reach there and most important that it is after immigration so only for transit passengers.
