Properties is very good. Location is also perfect little bit away from metro but still ok. Services and amenities is excellent.

Location is good you can get in hotel restaurants as well as near by the hotel. Service is very good very attentive staff. Amenities are the attraction. Rooms are near and clean.

Hotel is good but they will try to make extra money from you so it reduces the hotel credibility also if you are single there are clubs down which will make room very noisy

We were first given a room on the ground floor which was absolutely noisy from 9pm to 3pm because of the pub. After i complained they immediately shifted me and upgraded me to the 2nd floor. The rooms bathroom cleanliness and all facilities were top notch. My stay was great. We stayed 7 nights and would visit again if we return, only one request would be that the swimming pool timings are from 8 am to 6 pm which is not comfortable. Mostly people use the pool only after 6pm as it is hot during the day to go for a swim and it doesn't have an overhead shade or sunroof. Overall we had a blessed time

Except front office all other staff speak and understand only Hindi. They don’t have basic knowledge in Arabic or English. They don’t value the clients. Felt like being in north India…

Worrst and horribel exp

My hotel experiance was very worrst, there is no proper maintenance on everything. While i am trying to batch and use the wash room only to much hot water coming due to that unable bath and my skin was burnt. Even they haven't provided normal basic dental kit and soaps. We raised the issue to front office they said there is a heater problem since 2 days, they gave the cold water in bucket. If the heater problem how come they are allowing to book the hotel. And moreover i booked with breakfast each person i paid extra rs. 2000 along with the room, so next day i went for breakfast they due less people we are not providing the buffet. They just they served 1 or 2 items that to with cold. One more major thing was night they given the pub to 3rd party for the extra activities and shocking thing is after we came from the outside completing the dinner they are not allowing to sit lobby. This is very ridiculous. Never visit this hotel and i never suggest this hotel, very bag and worst exp
