Check-in and check out is horrible! waiting for more than one hour to get checked in is totally unacceptable! same for check out! the person at the reception sajina is not even apologetic. It was really a bad experience.

Good in housekeeping, however, it is quite noise in the staying. Need to improve in this area. Also the bar food is bad.

Parking was easy. Security guided me well. Check in was very fast. Took only 3 min hardly. Room was quite big. Reception was responsive. I'll visit again for sure.

The fridge is not working, the phone, the door is broken, the lights are bad, the ac is so bad i wish i had more good experience as i didn’t find any of what i expected

Worst experience ever. They tried to fraud me 2 times. One time i booked through the application, i paid and after 5 minutes they sent me email for cancellation and still i haven’t take back my money. Now i booked again and i paid before i go through make my trip and when i reached to the hotel they were saying to me that they can’t find my reservation. They try to say excuses and i have to say i’ll call the police to settle the problem. Bad experience. On the room there is not lights on the ceiling and half of the lamps are not working

Had to booked for a night only due to ac problem at home. Went straight to book a hotel room with good reviews and viola! we were not disappointed. Would recommend this to any friends.

Stay was amazing as usual, front office team is doing great new staff is just amazing with cute smile. While having drinks and food at bar next table two arab guys were fighting even they went physically as well but security guy was standing next to pool area and he didn’t notice, even staff didn’t notice, big question mark on cctv and security, some one is fighting and you guys don’t know. Secondly there was bar manager i don’t remember his name but he was keep staring us like we are criminals. No smile at all on his face even the way he was looking at us we don’t like it. It was not a good way. Deepak and female waitress were amazing
