Worst ever experience! the hotel denied us check-in for over an hour despite our confirmed booking. To make matters worse, they demanded an additional aed 100 without any clear explanation. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the ordeal. This was by far the most frustrating and disappointing hotel experience i’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and don’t ever visit this place!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay because the whole hotel including the corridors, reception, and lifts was smelling very bad and when we told the hotel staff they didnt do anything to solve the issue

Booked for 3 adults from make my trip. The hotel didn’t gave bed for 3rd person. They charged for the bed as extra bed. This is clearly an area of improvement

No breakfast in the hotel, need to go another hotel for food. Only few varieties of boffah and it's not worth for cash. And room service is very bad. It's taking too much time to deliver water

Charging a lot and not paying back, they charged for the stain even with was on the bed sheet
I made a payment of 120 dhs including taxes with 13 dhs discount while making the booking. 10 dhs was suppose to be the tourism fee to be paid at the hotel. But i was charged 40 dhs extra at the reception and they said its coz i made booking wid make my trip which was no where mentioned on the booking. Hence i need this amount refunded coz it was false marketing of the price on mmt.

Asking for extra money although all payment done in advance. Manager is not responding properly, asking for extra money as saying there is an technical issue.

Room was small and no view at all, they took a deposit of 100- and kept 50- pure auth as there was a food stain on the sheets and hasnt responded about a refund, no place to park while checking in.

Rooms are very small. Their shower has plumbing issues. Hot water flow keeps varying and it burnt my back. Rest is all good.

Booked this hotel for a overnight stay as had to catch a flight early morning. Instead of driving down from abu dhabi decided to stay overnight in dubai, this is a descent budget friendly hotel. Worth the price, wasn’t expecting a lot in this price. Conveniently located near airport!

The cleaning is poor after i saw toilet only changing towels they didnt clean toilet!. And the toilet door is glass and it doesn't have lock!
