Location wise it is accessible. Stay on the room is not what we expected, the whole room smell like newly painted. Tv doesn't have any option to watch, cabinets side tables are not closingproperly, it stays open. The washroom is a mess, the faucet is moving like it will collapse, the ac is not cooling enough even you put it in 19degree celsius. The garbage can inside the washroom is broken. There is no complimentary coffee, the cups were not clean when we arrived. I advise makemytrip not to offer this hotel again to anybody as this is a disgrace and waste of money. I could have spend to other hotel rather this, i thought having 4 star rating of the hotel will give justice but i doesn't.

nice hotel … with good staff , location was a bit odd. but otherwise , clean rooms , good breakfast spread , family hotel type - made meals feel like home

There is only one tea cup into the room, your pillows are very thick it should be thinner or two sofa cushion should be provided, and two chairs should be provided.

During our stay, we experienced some challenges. The room had a strong cigarette smell, and the broken windows made it difficult to get fresh air. I’ve asked for a non-smoking room but they gave me a room with a very strong cigarette smell. Additionally, the service was slow, and we didn't receive towels. The blankets were uncomfortable and had an unpleasant smell. These are important areas that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

Overall the experience was decent. Our bathroom roof had leakage problem and despite informing the same it wasn't repaired. Rest everything was good but a suggestion would be for more variety of food items. Give the pricing, the experience was very good.

Ac was not working, despite call them to fix, it was not working again. Kids could not sleep whole night and next day morning hotel staff disturbed by calling for check out on time. This was ridiculous and never happened anywhere during our stay.

The service is not good and the cleanliness is not good. The staff is always worried about them. During the break, they do not respect the appropriate time to call. This is for reasons other than my discomfort. The cleanliness is very bad and most of the electrical appliances inside the room do not work. It is very unfortunate for this hotel. And the employees are always worried about the rest period. They do not respect the appropriate time for calling, and this is for reasons that are not due to my lack of comfort. The location of the property was good, the food was very average, basic amenities that should be in the room as listed by the hotel were not there, you have to call for them.

Washroom sever-age issue water blows up. Changed room after requesting 2 days continuously. The reception staff are not good especially girls who are available at afternoon they have different attitude and arrogance while talking to customer
