I feel since we booked a room, we got a back side room which doesn't have a good view. We got a room on the 1st floor back side doesn't have any view. Lots of noise coming till 4 am in the morning from the hotel pub & disco, hence we didn't get good sleep. Smoking smell coming from the bathroom, the ac. After a lot of requests after 3 days we get room change. Not very happy with the hotel. The good point is - we got an indian restaurant nearby.

Clean & neat property. Very good staff on reception / front desk / bell boys. Service is prompt by front desk & also housekeeping. Main road property so you cannot make parking to get off your car if couple of taxis are standing

I stayed in majestic premier hotel for 5 nights and 6 days with my entire family. The hotel is fully equipped with all the amenities and has an excellent support staff and room service. The breakfast had a very good spread of different cuisines and also had some jain options for indian tourists. The inhouse menu also has a humongous spread and has a quantities that can be sufficient for two persons. The hotel is nestled in the area which has a mall, restaurants, atms and even medical and convenient stores. It is right between two metro stations which can be used to cover a lot of sightseeing locations. Overall, it checks all the requirements for a tourist with everything in proximity and easily accessible.

We stayed at this Hotel for 6 days and our experience was absolutely great….Be it house keeping or room service or the ambience we will always recommend this hotel for family and business travellers. We were greeted by Mr.Jonathan at the front desk…The staffs were professional and always there to delight guests.

Good hotel. Had pleasent stay. We enjoyed all the days here with our kids. Good service on time and very quick. Very good food amd absolutely good location in heart of but dubai. One suggestion for kids male some arrangments for play time

I had booked deluxe room with city view as per description but when i went to check in i was provided with a ordinary room, which was much small in size though promised that next would be moved to a deluxe room. When enquired on the second day about shifting to the deluxe room, the lady on the reception counter was indifferent and bit rude. When it was told categorically that i have paid for a deluxe room and have been provided an ordinary room instead, she reluctantly agreed to shift but this though the room was bigger but there was no city view. The breakfast was poor in spread and also quality. The swimming pool is only for name sake, the size is too small and does not fit swimming. Infact during my 4 day stay i found none swimming in the pool. The gym is also pretty small and with only few equipments. Overall the hotel is not even fit to be considered 3 star, the so-called 4 star rating of the hotel doesn't exist

Rooms are dingy. They play music till 3 am in one of the bars on g floor so goodluck sleeping. Only good thing about the hotel is location.

Short & sweet, it was a wonderful stay. Everything was in the room resulting in 0 calls for any requests. Breakfast was amazing and the atmosphere is serene. Highly recommend!

Now hotel name has been changed. This was my second time. The hotel is situated at a great location only 100 meters from sharif dg metro and about 750 meters from burjuman. Staff was extremely polite and ready to help. The breakfast spread was very nice with multiple choices. Room size is also decent.
